Very clean. great rooms traveled with large dog. Had a pickup towing a boat. Felt very safe

Everything. Absolutely everything. They were doing renovations during our stay and that was okay. The workers were very nice. Somehow they kept the noise way down. The rooms were beautiful and clean

Nothing on the hotel. More so on booking.com, but this wasn't the location I thought I booked. Ended up driving across Amarillo to our restaurant reservation.( The location I thought I booked was right next door to the restaurant) Lesson learned, triple check the address.

The staff was friendly. Loved the bed and sheets.

After checking in and unpacking we realized the large gap under the hotel door into the hallway. Large enough for us to roll a towel and place it under the door into the gap. After noticing the gap and going to lock the manual lock, it didn't line up with the door frame cutout for the deadbolt. We stayed on the 1st floor, very tall ceilings, great room overall. We just didnt want to have to go through changing rooms with the dogs and after unpacking. We knew we'd be ok with the "swinging door flip guard".

Loved the pillows, beds and sheets. Best night sleep in a while. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Staff was very friendly.

Slightly noisy.

The hotel was nice and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful - the gentleman at the front helped us switch out room because the first one that we got assigned was right in front of the elevator and we are light sleepers. The breakfast was good and the hotel was pet friendly - there were a lot of area to take our dog for a walk. The location was good and safe - we were moving across the country and had lots of things in our cars.

The room was spacious, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and area attractions. Although I didn't eat the complimentary breakfast, it looked liked it had a nice variety, and there were many families enjoying it.

I have stayed in many Holiday Inns, so I knew what to expect. I will say that in some that I've stayed at in small towns, they've had little "happy hours" with a few snacks and light drinks. That's a real treat when it's been a long day and you just need a little snack before heading to the room. This is by no means a negative comment on my lovely stay here. It's just an idea for management to consider to go above and beyond the norm.

The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good; better than some places not as good as others.

The outside could have been kept cleaner. There were lots of cigarette butts and dog feces at the side entrances. The dog waste stations didn't have any bags left. The cost per dog was also quite expensive, it was almost as much as the cost of the room.

The hotel facility itself was nice, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. I noticed leftover food on the carpet, which was disappointing. While it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for, the hotel is still a decent option for a single-night stay. With some attention to room cleanliness, it could be much better.
