The evening snacks and drinks were a fun social hour! We met some wonderful people who were also traveling. The staff was amazing! Especially the guys working in the bar and food serving area. There is plenty of seating while eating and the lobby is large and inviting. We met with family in the lobby and were able to have a nice conversation without distractions. The hot tub was wonderful and appreciate that it was very clean!

I found a hair on a towel that wasn't mine...

Location, Location, Location!! This hotel is in the perfect spot right off highway 40 and near multiple stores and restaurants. It is my family's new half way stay going back and forth from St Louis to Arizona. Our room was clean, no odor, fresh towels and sheets. We stayed in one of their suites so there was enough room for four adults with the two beds and a pull out couch. They offer a free breakfast but we slept in after our long drive. The staff was super friendly and apologized for the noise after asking how our stay was.

The only issue we experienced was late at night around 11pm. There were people going up and down the hallway talking loudly for about twenty minutes. After that it was quiet as a mouse all night long. 💤 😴

Front desk excellent, including phone contact ahead of time for questions. Timely and friendly. Portacrib provided upon request, clean and with clean bedding. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great bath for bathing the babies and wonderful shower head. Plenty of soft clean towels. Excellent - outstanding, actually - breakfast. Oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, peppers and onions, waffles, cold fridge items, variety of hot and cold drinks. Caring and friendly breakfast staff service. High chair for baby. As a grandmother traveling with two little ones aged 1 and 2, this was clean, safe, friendly and highly recommended.

It was hard to find parking close to the lobby door when I was arriving with two little ones. This place is full! I'm sure if I'd gone in and asked for help bringing our bags in that would have been available. It was easier the time I was able to snag a park right by the footpath to the entrance.

The pet fee has gotten to be too much! I understand there should be a pet fee, however, I think there should be a maximum of $50 per pet and the thing that got me most was that I was also charged taxes on the pet fee and occupancy fee on the pet fee. Since these taxes were already paid on the room for myself and friend I think that extra 10+ dollars on top of the $60 pet fee was totally ridiculous. So the pet fee actually came to 70+ dollars. I have a 9 pound non-shedding very well behaved dog. In my mind jury in is trying to do away with pets without admitting that they do not want pets. And I actually think it should be illegal to double charge occupancy and tax fees

We always love staying here. The 5:30 kickback is always wonderful. It always provides plenty of dinner and cocktails if you want them. The rooms are beautiful and spotless.

I love everything that is property but a lot of times it is more expensive than I can afford to pay. The $113 that I paid this time is just perfect in our budget. We are seniors and visit Amarillo frequently for doctors appointments. I appreciate Booking.com for this rate And hope that my next trip, in a couple of weeks, that I can get the bargain idea this time.

The room was super quiet. The thermostat added a touch of home! The spacious bathroom and bathtub was exceptional! The kick back was so much fun and the pasta and chicken was my favorite! It was so delicious! The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! The drinks were awesome! I just can say enough good things about Drury! I love you guys! Thank you for having the best beds and pillows! The softness was appreciated! I couldn’t ask for more!

The price of the snacks was crazy expensive! Like insanely expensive and no vending machine! Had the ice cream been 2.50 each, I would have bought it but $5? Absolutely not for one cup of ice cream!

Location was perfect! Clean room. Very comfortable!

Parking lot could use some work. Specifically, I believe that staff should make an effort to have vehicles with trailers or RVs attached park in the back or something. We had to park at the restaurant next door due to all parking spots being taken by vehicles with trailers and campers attached. I know this isn't really a complaint, but maybe just dedicate some parking areas for these types of vehicles.

First time staying and we're looking for your hotel wherever we go. The hospitality, friendliness, and the food was outstanding. You even got all three of our rooms on the same floor and hallway. One being connected. Your housekeeper was awesome when my son spilled my coffee on the bed she changed the sheets immediately. Front desk made us feel amazing and facility was clean everywhere. You landed future customers for sure.

I am a recording artist and tour the United States each year. What I liked about the Drury in Amarillo, was pretty much everything. A standout was the sleep comfort of the bed. The "kickback" dinner and drink was a winner for someone like me who puts a lot of miles in and is not really wanting to leave the hotel once settled.
