Location, Location, Location!! This hotel is in the perfect spot right off highway 40 and near multiple stores and restaurants. It is my family's new half way stay going back and forth from St Louis to Arizona. Our room was clean, no odor, fresh towels and sheets. We stayed in one of their suites so there was enough room for four adults with the two beds and a pull out couch. They offer a free breakfast but we slept in after our long drive. The staff was super friendly and apologized for the noise after asking how our stay was.

The only issue we experienced was late at night around 11pm. There were people going up and down the hallway talking loudly for about twenty minutes. After that it was quiet as a mouse all night long. 💤 😴

Front desk excellent, including phone contact ahead of time for questions. Timely and friendly. Portacrib provided upon request, clean and with clean bedding. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great bath for bathing the babies and wonderful shower head. Plenty of soft clean towels. Excellent - outstanding, actually - breakfast. Oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, peppers and onions, waffles, cold fridge items, variety of hot and cold drinks. Caring and friendly breakfast staff service. High chair for baby. As a grandmother traveling with two little ones aged 1 and 2, this was clean, safe, friendly and highly recommended.

It was hard to find parking close to the lobby door when I was arriving with two little ones. This place is full! I'm sure if I'd gone in and asked for help bringing our bags in that would have been available. It was easier the time I was able to snag a park right by the footpath to the entrance.

The pet fee has gotten to be too much! I understand there should be a pet fee, however, I think there should be a maximum of $50 per pet and the thing that got me most was that I was also charged taxes on the pet fee and occupancy fee on the pet fee. Since these taxes were already paid on the room for myself and friend I think that extra 10+ dollars on top of the $60 pet fee was totally ridiculous. So the pet fee actually came to 70+ dollars. I have a 9 pound non-shedding very well behaved dog. In my mind jury in is trying to do away with pets without admitting that they do not want pets. And I actually think it should be illegal to double charge occupancy and tax fees

We always love staying here. The 5:30 kickback is always wonderful. It always provides plenty of dinner and cocktails if you want them. The rooms are beautiful and spotless.

I love everything that is property but a lot of times it is more expensive than I can afford to pay. The $113 that I paid this time is just perfect in our budget. We are seniors and visit Amarillo frequently for doctors appointments. I appreciate Booking.com for this rate And hope that my next trip, in a couple of weeks, that I can get the bargain idea this time.

The room was super quiet. The thermostat added a touch of home! The spacious bathroom and bathtub was exceptional! The kick back was so much fun and the pasta and chicken was my favorite! It was so delicious! The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! The drinks were awesome! I just can say enough good things about Drury! I love you guys! Thank you for having the best beds and pillows! The softness was appreciated! I couldn’t ask for more!

The price of the snacks was crazy expensive! Like insanely expensive and no vending machine! Had the ice cream been 2.50 each, I would have bought it but $5? Absolutely not for one cup of ice cream!

Staff was very friendly and chipper. Jackson at the front desk helped us get checked in quickly after a long drive, it was much appreciated. Clean and comfy beds,, breakfast was plentiful and lots of parking which was nice since we have a U-Haul pulling a trailer. This was my first time at a drury and I will definitely be back!

Cleanliness was really good. We always check the mattresses and under the sheets. All was good. The pillows were really comfy also.

The breakfast was under par. The waffle makers didn’t have the traditional non stick spray, and the batter started looking normal but then ended in a thin water… taste was fine, but the rest of the breakfast was barely fine. The potatoes were cold and not pleasant. There was slim picking for variety. Coffee stations were great and had two separate areas to get coffee.

The breakfast is very good for being free. It covers everyone's likes. We really enjoy it before traveling on. The location is perfect as it is right off the highway we are traveling on. We stay here every year on our way to Colorado and back. It is really nice and we know what to expect.

I do not like paying $50.00 for our dog. This year they tacked on tax and a room occupancy fee that is an additional $10.00 to the $50.00. I don't mind a fee but most other places charge $20.00 to $30.00. At least knock off that additional fee. The room tax and occupancy fee is already paid by the owner. It's like charging an extra tax on your kids.

Excellent hotel my only disappointment is why didn’t I know about this place sooner!! The service was world class!! You did not want for anything. The staff is super friendly and not just saying hi and how are you but genuinely engaging you in conversation. Also the room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. It really shows that the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. The breakfast was yummy and I really enjoyed the hot flaky biscuits and gravy. And I was surprised to find a happy hour with 3 free drinks and a nice spread of snacks and food, really enough food that you didn’t need dinner. My stay was definitely worth the value. I highly recommend and will be looking to stay at more Drury Inns in the future.

This was my second stay with my family and it was very clean during both stays. The front desk staff was professional and kind. The housekeeping staff had a positive attitude. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is a reflection of the pride the hotel staff have in their work. We love that the hotel is pet friendly. My family enjoyed seeing and meeting many friendly pets in the lobby. The breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. We appreciated the well lit parking area. Overall our stay was a wonderful! Thank you staff at the Amarillo Drury Inn & Suites!
