We loved the staff, Mindy at the front desk was exceptional. She remembered things about different guests, making the experience super personable. The woman Lucie working in the bistro was also super friendly, she worked quickly and efficiently! Overall we were very happy with our stay

Our shower was different from the picture but we didn’t use the facilities so it didn’t matter!

Jami "with an i" checked me in and got me oriented. She was happy to see me, sent me to a great Italian restaurant, and made sure I knew to be off the street by the time the crowd hit a neighborhood club having 18 and up night. After a long day and a road trip, it was so pleasant to be greeted by someone who actually cares. When I got back from dinner with my dessert, Jami made sure I had a carton of milk to go with it. Because of her, the Courtyard by Marriott will be the place I'm staying on my next trip to Amarilllo. Pass on to management that this lady deserves a raise!

This is a comment, not a criticism. The hotel is in a converted office building, so the rooms are a little bit wonky. I had to squeeze in to get over the sink to brush my teeth.

The location is unbeatable. Staff is really nice.

Wish you can get to the second floor of parking from the building instead of walking on the street and walking in the garage. My room has a mix of muddy and cleaning tool smell

Beautiful building, convenient location. The front desk person was very nice and friendly.

The bed was not necessarily uncomfortable; however, it was quite lumpy. Evidently, you need your keycard to access your floor in the elevator. It would have been nice to be informed of that before going up to our room.

We loved the view from our room and the location of the hotel. The staff is great and the room was very nice.

The bed was a little lumpy and too low to the ground. That being said, I understand that a handicap rooms bed is required to have a lowered bed.

The room was very clean and spacious…perfect for all our luggage. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out we could get breakfast in the morning…perfectly cooked by Leah, who also helped us check in. Parking was so easy as it is attached to the hotel and very reasonably priced.

Please don’t use feather pillows. They are a known allergen and can ruin a persons stay by causing severe allergy symptoms such as swollen eyes stuffy head and runny nose.

The bed was massive and super comfortable. Also, the view from our room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The hotel was in one of the most historical buildings of Amarillo.

our room was way too hot & would not go down w temp adjustment. toilet not working. had to change rooms. then key to new room would not work at the end of night. had to go back to front desk & back to room. very inconvenient. when checking out next morning. clerk was not very friendly.

Front desk representative was a dynamo!

No help available with luggage. No restaurant in house. Charge for parking. Parking area for checkin and checkout terrible.
