Clean and well located. The room had many comfortable amenities. The dog run location was well placed, clean, and stocked with bags.

We had a pet, but were placed on the second floor. If possible, and was available, people with pets should be placed on the first floor. This keeps the stair way and elevator clear for people. Some people are not comfortable around dogs and can be uncomfortable with them. There were no bed side lamps. The overhead light was a bit too much. It was an all or nothing kind of light.

The room was comfortable and my daughter loved the reading nook in the window. The room was a little small compared to other hotels we've stayed at in this area. The night staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

The morning staff was only friendly toward older customers around her age and not younger ones. She also went to the bathroom while we were there and did NOT wash her hands. The shower curtain in our room was ripped all along the top and will eventually come off. The sink in our room was dirty and the drain part was molded over.

The pool is very comfortable and clean and pretty. The breakfast had sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits to microwave. They also had honey buns, waffles, muffins, cereal with milk, great coffee, yogurt, toast, and apples. The rooms are very clean, nice, and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking lot was clean and had plenty of parking. It is located at a great location, also. No coffee pot in the room because you can get coffee in the lounge. The lounge is very nice. They had a blow dryer, ironing board, soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, wash clothes, floor towels, hand towels, and pillows. Pillows are comfortable. Had tv but we didn’t try it out. Carpet was nice and clean.

Only one set of washer and dryer that we saw.

The booked room was as expected and reflected the foto's presented in the booking.com app. We had a bigger bathroom than expected, very comfortable. Friendly staff! A few restaurants in the area at walking distance. The location is easy to reach by car. The room was quiet.

You can go out for a walk or run, but be prepared that a pavement is not everywhere in the neighbourhood. In the rural area you may find a lot of barking dogs, which I find personally a kind of disturbing as a person out for a walk/run. For train enthousiasts, there is something to see, and a steam engine on display.

Great experience from check in to check out. We stay here when we come to visit family. The price is right, rooms are comfortable and we get adjoining rooms, which is convenient and we love that. The kids enjoy swimming in the indoor pool. I really like the pre-checkin option, it makes it a fast and convenient check-in.

Everything was nice. The staff on the day I checked out was not really friendly, but maybe she was having a bad day. Don't we all... I didn't understand why there was a sign that said don't take food to your rooms, especially when seating was limited, and also people sometimes want to eat in their rooms.

It was very comfortable. The beds were great. There was a window seat that my kids loved. The free breakfast had a lot of options. There was a pool but we didn't get to use it. I'd definitely come back again.

The only thing to note and it was the exterior trash was full and needed emptied.

Easy to find, the parking lot was great. There were a lot of spaces close to the front entrance. The rooms were big. A lot of space, the beds were very comfy the bathroom was very clean and overall this place was great. We didn't get to try the breakfast but smelt awesome. Will stay again for the price we paid. The elevator needs some tending to.

Every place has a few querks, even your high dollar places. Here, we had to call for more towels. There was only 1, and we needed 3. And they brought them right up to us.

The staff was exceptional,very friendly and helpful. The location was close to many eateries and stores. The guest laundry was very convenient. Breakfast was basic , but sufficient for us.

I enjoyed everything about this stay.

Clean room. Everything works. Conveniently located for us. Lots of food nearby. Lots of greenspace for the puppies.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. I spend 30% of my time staying in hotels across the country.
