We had a decent one night stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly.

The area feels very unsafe. The biggest issue that needs immediate attention are the panhandlers sitting at the main entrance begging, smoking, and some sleeping in beat up cars in the back lot. I did speak to the front desk but he didn't say anything to them. Wyndham needs to step up. There was no visible security. The hotel needs upgrades. Especially the laundry. $4.50, one load, still didn't dry. Also, the dryer was so loud you could hear it down on the next floor.

I was thinking i was grtting points all the time i was there whrn thry new i was asking fir my points i was there 2 weeks and still here do i not grt sny points for a free night thry said only if i book with them not a 3rd party see i was thrown oyt in the sreets with my dsughter who is specisl needs we are homeless now thats why we been here waiting tell the 3rd to leave so all this time i was not grtting points also i do not dee where istayed the 2st week

Room great. Breakfast was wonderful. Might like it better if someone wasn’t standing around watching every move. I get being there to answer questions but it felt uncomfortable. Bed was wonderful. Great pillows. Loved that the breakfast started early so we could be on the road at a decent hour. This is definitely on our stop when we are on the road and land in Amarillo at night time. Thanks

They need to do some upgrades to the facility. Just general maintenance and up keep to the property. The toilet seat was not bolted down good. Lights were all UN plugged and we were in the process of being moved when we finally found the outlets and saw they were unplugged. So we called and they kept up in three same room. Could use more outlets.

The staff was helpful on answers and concerns. They talk with a friendly tone and smiles.

Their breakfast wasn't a full breakfast, meaning they didnt serve eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, grits, gravy as such. There was make your own waffles. They also didn't have fruit or juice. There was no coffee maker in the room.

Extended stay met with great hospitality, staff cordial and attentive as well

Could use more internal security to better keep rowdy guests in line....some guests will hang out in hallways and disturb all hours of the night. Outside security is no problem.

The accommodation was in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit dated, the draw unit and wardrobe area was very tacky and the swivel chair had holes in it.

Breakfast was good have a lot of different varieties to eat, simple but good

Not having to book online, I liked the price on line but I was tired did not want the hassle of booking online, went in was more than I wanted to pay, then I went on line, other than that I didn't have any other dislikes.

It was cozy & comfortable. No problems really.

The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special about it and very basic. But at that price, I didn't expect a lot. Just wish there was at least some eggs.

The breakfast was great except the coffee ran out and the lady said she wasn't making anymore. That was at 8:00 am. Other than that it was fantastic.

I neededed some change for vending machine and the man at front desk all he had was a dollars worth of quarters and he said it didn't take dollar bills 😔 next time I will make sure I have change.

Smooth check in and good parking. Very good price for what you get. Nice breakfast! We were just passing through so I can't say if it's a good location or not. But easy to find from the big road.

It's a little bit old but that was expected. The staff could have smiled once to make us feel welcome, but overall we liked our stay.
