Loved what they're trying to do here. Great for families and even teenagers. Facilities shut down a little early but with them being in the center of the hotel, I get it. Rooms are cute and clean and comfy. They're working hard on the remodel. Breakfast was great. Staff was what made it. They work their tails off nonstop! Front desk to service staff, it's go time for all of them. Really impressed.

With the remodel in full swing, the rooms are limited right now so that poses an issue if you're getting more than one room and need them close together. The back doors don't work so it's a pain getting parked and getting back in. The code system of getting in the room is a bit of a nightmare. I see what they're going for, but it was an issue for our stay.

Breakfast was great! The lady working the waffle iron was exceptionally helpful and delightful!

They were doing some remodeling and our room appeared to be a part of the remodel. Also, the spicket in the shower was hanging on by a thread. When I pushed the button to turn off the shower and let the water run into the tub it just about fell off into the tub. I was concerned I was going to have a mess on my hands. Noticed the unfinished baseboards, walls needed fresh coat of paint due to many dings, scrapes, etc. , and outlet covers needed replacing.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast after reading how good a breakfast review was. Could use some improvements in that specific area. Overall, I really was impressed with our room, the style, the indoor area, the pool area (even though we didn't get a chance to swim), the ultimate bang for your buck. Thank you, The Westerner.

Love the set up with room doors opening inward to the courtyard/pool area. My kids loved the putting green and fountain. The music was awesome also. 👌

Nothing really to complain about...the plug ins were loose to where it was kinda hard to keep chargers plugged in and the actual room could use some updating but to be fair the new owners just bought the place and are still remodeling. I would love to come check it out when they're done because so far what they have finished is awesome!

I absolutely love this hotel it’s location and the inside view .. I stayed there once before it was westerner and it was decent but I loved it and every time I come tho I choose this place over all the others … the price is right and the staff n hospitality is above average I will always stay there when coming through .. Ty staff

Breakfast was said to be served from 6 to 10am but was told they opened an hour early so they had to close an hour early, so we had to eat what was left over. Not really a big deal, but was a little inconvenient

Staff was very nice and professional. The front desk clerk was amazing and very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Also very quiet, we never heard another guest walking by or otherwise.

The outlets need updated. There weren’t very many and none had usb ports. With that being said, it just changed owners 2 weeks ago and it looks like updates are in progress.

The hotel is beautiful, it is being remodeling and we will be back for sure next year to see the results, we really liked the hotel hall, the pool and the fountain, the bed was very comfortable. Totally worthy.

The power outlets were old and not very functional, you can tell by few details that the room needs remodelling but it wasn't an big issue.

close to I-40. very nice stuffs. the place was just bought and looks renovating I can see that this hotel will look wonderful after renovations. specially with a responsive and nice stuff :)

outdated but it is being renovating so if I ever come to Amarillo I would like to see how it looks like after the renovations

Contact less check in was great. The rooms was very nice. Having the bar in the hotel is nice. The bar is very small but it's OK. I don't need to keep writing.
