The location is great, close to just about anything you would need or want. The staff is great, the parking lot is big enough for my box truck and they have no issues with a big vehicle. The wifi works great, laundry facilities there as well, the building is secure. The rooms are always nice comfortable and very clean. I stay here anytime i am in Amarillo.. great job

There isnt anything i can think of that i dont like.

The room was a studio room for an insanely good price! There were plenty of food choices and gas stations nearby also and the tv channels were serviceable after resetting the cablebox!

I did have to manually reset the cable box because it was really warm and the bathtub was so small that you can't really fit in it, but the room itself was amazing compared to other hotels and they had a really friendly and wonderful receptionist!

The staff and the hotel itself were absolutely terrific. The place is very clean, updated rooms with full kitchen. Bathroom was updated and looking clean 👌 Beds were great. The wifi was good, but you also have the option to pay for high speed and its not too expensive either. The place fills up quickly so the word is out this is a great hotel to stay at. You can do short or long-term and you're treated wonderfully if you do either. Manager and front desk were so nice and understanding. The only bad thing I can say about the place is sometimes the parking lot can have a truck or two playing loud music after work or on the weekend from guys who are getting off work. But it didn't last long. The icy ac drowns out any noise. Only noticed it because I had to turn the ac off because it was icy cold.👍

Maybe keep a better eye on the parking lot and tell the people who drink beer or bbq by their trucks to keep the music down. A few times it was really loud. Then the trash was a huge eyesore. It was overflowing and falling out a few times, but I realize the city workers who pick up the trash are always in time so not completely the hotels fault.

I loved the price, location and the staff was pretty decent.. one staff member stood out above them all a young lady name Vanessa.. she goes above and beyond and is an amazing customer service person..

The noise level at times could get out of control, and some of the people that were staying there weren't the most up standing citizens putting it politely.

It was near lots of places and easily accessible to restaurants and stuff. Oh, and the shower!!!! Ssooo nice, the perfect size, good pressure and it felt really fancy. !! Super duper loved the little Dove soaps as well.

That I arrived too late to enjoy the pool or hot tub!!:(

the staff was wonderful! friendly and helpful and actually talked to me! I was very impressed. it was convenient to work, parking was great! I was always able to get close to my room! the room was relatively quiet and the room felt and looked clean. I felt safe being a woman traveling alone.

the room had a stuffy smell when I would get back in the evening. but I turned the ac down and it went away. having smoking stations by the back door near my room was a little trouble for me since I am allergic to smoke. but nothing unbearable.

Bob was an excellent employee. He went above and beyond to help me and he was very professional. I will come back to wood springs due to Bob's over the top helping.

Property was nice, but the card readers were an issue at times. But overall great.

Great for one night stay in Amarillo. Comfortable bed, clean private bathroom. Easy check-in. Definitely recommend for one-two nights for a good night of sleep.

It would be good to have some kitchen utensils available - one mug/spoon/pot/plate so we could have prepared something for breakfast in our room - there is no breakfast available at this place. So, if you are planning to have hot breakfast at your room, bring some kitchen utensils/essentials.

It's all good they r just building a store next to hotel so access to parking lot is blocked at the moment. It'll be great once job is completed. So no fault on motels part. Other than that it was,👌❣️

Best location close to everything and very convenient rooms are also spotless I usually don’t walk around bare foot but the floors was so clean felt like home 😊😊😊😊
