The room was much larger than we anticipated. There was even a curtain by the couch area to give separation of parents need to keep talking while the kids went to sleep. Breakfast had sausage, eggs, a waffle maker, bread, bagels, muffins, yogurt, bananas, oranges, and apples. The pool was great. My girls were able to swim for the last hour. When time was up, a worker came in with extra towels, but encouraged us to keep swimming a bit longer if we wanted. The funny desk worker took the time to find my husband's account and link it to our rooms. Everyone we interacted with was so kind.

Great rooms. We’re a family of six, and to find a hotel that can accommodate us is very difficult. Not only did this hotel have the rooms for us, it was probably the best room/value combination I’ve ever had. A full fridge, dishwasher, full sized sink, garbage disposal, mugs, plates, and microwave. Great pool for a swim, awesome lobby area, good continental breakfast, complimentary 24 hour coffee and tea. Both my wife and I were very happy with our stay, and will definitely book again.

it was centrally located. it was clean. it had a kitchen, wash machine, work out center, pool and hot tub. very convenient .

Well you said it was a suite but it really only had a curtain . I was expecting a wall in between two rooms so that my daughter could sleep longer while we had the light/tv on. A suite means 2 rooms not one room with a half curtain.

The room is clean and well decorated. Appeared to be updated recently. We loved the Texas-shaped waffles! That was a nice touch.

The pool was closed. Also, the breakfast could have been more inclusive and had more hot dishes.

Staff was kinda blah. No smiles, just kinda going about their business. Breakfast was mediocre, first morning they ran out of some of the food and coffee cups prior to breakfast being over.

Did not have breakfast. Location was perfect because we wanted to eat at Big Texan.

The price online was about $218. When I arrived at hotel the price was $300. The previous week we stayed at another Home2Suites in Amarillo and price online matched price at check in which was about $218.

We loved the decor & cleanliness. The lobby is very colorful and nice. The bed was comfortable & so was the couch. The 2 TVs were very nice & clear. The larger refrigerator was unexpectedly pleasant!

The bedroom window shade was broken. The shelves hiding the underneath part of the kitchen & bathroom sinks were broken. It was slightly annoying & too quiet, I would have preferred the AC to have the fan part running all night.

kitchenette in room was a bonus, well lit, spacious

It would’ve been nice to have been informed about the pool shutting down upon check-in, because my girls, my husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub. we had to go across the way to holiday inn to use theirs. The bed would’ve been better being memory foam, but that’s just our opinion. Snack and drink prices were a bit pricey, but I guess it’s more of a “convenience price”.

breakfast wasnt until 7 am. when traveling we like to leave early - 6-6:30 am. we saw about 20 people who were sitting around breakfast area, leave because it wasn’t going to open till 7.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Huge room. Nice touch to have waffles in shape of the state of Texas—-tasty too!
