It was super easy access and the room was very nice. The downstairs lobby area where breakfast is served has a nice vibe, I think it is a bar at night. Comfortable beds were welcome after 8 hours of driving. :D

The front desk lady, who also happened to be the manager, was not very personable. It was late though, maybe she just had a long day. I was slightly annoying that they charged $1.99/person for the breakfast, which wasn't anything special. I know it's $2, but it was similar to the Holiday Inn Express breakfast and theirs is free. Also, the entrance is a bit confusing since this location seems to be adjoined to another hotel as well.

Loved the pet relief area. The breakfast was excellent and well diverse. Personnel were extremely friendly.

Only negative is the sign for the turn in needs to be lit up with spot lights. Completely missed the driveway the first time as it’s hidden by the Buffalo Wild Wings.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Some of the furniture is a little outdated, but usabe. Having only 1 elevator in use sometimes confused people who were going up or down.

Very clean and front desk receptionists were great !!

The light in the bathroom needed to be changed or tightened. It was flashing terribly everytime I turned the light on. I ended up leaving it off and using the light from the hall.

I’ve stayed at multiple places in Amarillo as we travel through there often. This is one of the better places we’ve stayed at in Amarillo. The front desk was friendly.

$75 pet fee/night is a little high in my opinion.

The facilities were great.

My husband contracted food poisoning from eating sausage on the breakfast buffet. We ate the same food except I did mot eat the sausage. By evening, he was very sick. He is over it now, but you need to look into this. Thank you!!.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, the location was convenient, and it was quiet.

When booking the site clearly stated pets stayed free for no additional charge. We were charged a pet fee when checking in (which we agreed to without issue). When I mentioned to the front desk that the website had stated pets stayed free, she acknowledged this and that it’s not correct and they’ve asked for the website to be updated. I feel that if the hotel’s own website is incorrect, that this fee should have been waived… but that was our only complaint. The actual stay was great.

The room was very clean. The water pressure and temperature were amazing for a long, hot shower. Very convenient place to stay when traveling from Louisiana to Denver. The hotel is pet friendly but be prepared to pay a little extra. My daughter and I were traveling together and we did feel very safe there.

The only negative would be the proximity to the truck stop on one side and a house on the other but you really can’t fault the hotel for that.

The breakfast was fine.

The bath tub had a line of black film, mold, something where the tub edge met the wall.

Typical Marriott property experience. Easy booking, check in and navigation around the property. Room was appointed as expected and clean.
