Always stay at IHG property. Staff & bar at the end of day. Nice touch Large room.

No hot water , no stopper for bath tub, Dryer on 2Nd floor 2 cycle times still did not dry clothes. Chef called no restaurant on site. Ordered uber eats.

After a long day of travel, the entire staff at Holiday Inn did everything possible to assist us with any questions or concerns we had as well as provide us with a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Thank you.

Clean, GREAT beds, breakfast was pretty good, friendly staff, quiet. Loved that it was close to restaurants.

The pool and hot tub were nice but the floor around each is dangerously slippery! And the hot tub jets didn’t work while we were there. But the kids still had fun

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was great.

Enjoyed our stay, the jets in the spa weren't working which was a bummer but it was a very large spa and still relaxing.

Room was very clean, comfortable beds, hot shower with good water pressure. Almost all of the furniture is versatile and can be used in different areas of the room. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not included but available for an additional fee.

Customer service and room accomadations were excellent.

I did not locate a non-slip mat for the tub when I was taking a shower and almost fell in the tub.

Well designed newly built hotel. The atmosphere in the public rooms is excellent. Rooms are large and very well designed, with USB and power outlets everywhere. Excellent beds and bedding. Large well equipped bathroom. This is the one of the best hotel we have stayed in on our many cross country road Tripps. Highly recommended. Also very close to the Big Texan steakhouse, which is a fantastic experience if you're in Amarillo.

Nothing, everything was great

The bed was comfortable as were the pillows.

Price was too high, but I chose to pay it because of the location. More light is needed in the.bathroom, and the window needs to be able to be covered. The room above us was extremely noisy, they were either a family of elephants or they were practicing for a clogging competition.

Encountered 3 to 4 tiny red ants crawling in our room 202. We reported this to the desk clerk when checking out the next morning.
