Everything was super clean and well organized. The breakfast was much better than we expected: nice set up, good variety, great options such as jelly, cream cheese, honey and butter for the biscuits and/or toast/ bagels. We didn’t get there til 830 and they stop serving at 9, but there was still plenty of food to choose from.

My only complaint is the exit given by both Google maps and Map quest is the exit directly in front of the property. It was a really quick shuffle over to the right hand lane to be able to turn into the entrance. Fortunately, they were no other cars on the feeder lane at that hour (10 pm.)

I loved how responsive the staff was to our needs! We arrived late- like midnight, and the desk gal, wish I got her name, she was so pleasant to a couple of weary people. I love that the windows could open so we could air out the room a bit- I am particular, just a quirk of mine. It wasn't a bad room at all. It was pretty quiet when we stayed, and the morning breakfast was more than I expected. Over all I would stay there again.

I had to change our stay dates at 6 different hotels. I had called them all to change the dates. This hotel was the only one that didn't make the change after they said the date change was ok. When we checked in they said we didn't have a reservation. They said we were supposed to have checked in the day before. They said we were a no show and charged my card for the room. They gave us another room at no additional charge. Had to settle for a queen size bed rather than a king. But it worked out ok since we were only there for the night

We were greeted by the sweetest, happiest young lady. She made sure we knew how to get to our room, continental breakfast, and anything else we might need. We had had a long day of travel, and she was just the dose of encouragement we needed!

It would be perfect if you could turn on the bathroom light without the fan. It makes a perfect indirect light so you can sleep but see your way to the bathroom without waking others.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. As is typical of BW, comfortable beds and very clean! Good breakfast! Location is easier to get to for those traveling east, but still easy to get to. Love the fact that I can trust Best Western for clean rooms and comfortable beds!

Though I had read in the reviews that there's no elevator, a more recent review mentioned an elevator, so I thought it was added. No big deal for me, but it should be clearly stated in the booking info.

Good breakfast, clean and quiet room.

I ordered from the room service as I was late arriving. They took payment and said it would be. Up to 1 hour. After over an hour wait I call red to be told that the kitchen had closed and they rang and told the hotel reception. The message wasn’t passed on. I still gave nut received the refund!

Staff was phenomenal...Amber (!) was helpful in getting me some late night snacks, EVEN though I got temporarily lost getting back to the hotel , I DID enjoy her previous place of employment, STARS...good burger! Mmmmmm!!! Brusley was entirely helpful the next morning with ice machine dispensing AND getting to the closest door to my ride, and then, Brianna was so helpful in checkout with her morning smile!

ENJOYED the entire time!

The staff was amazing and the entire hotel was newly renovated and seem brand new! The breakfast was included and had scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon fruits cereals juices waffles and biscuits etc all buffet style. The overall experience was very good for an economical hotel.

We could sometimes smell cigarette smoke when people would go outside to smoke was the only negative.

Very clean and modern.

It's right off the highway, so the entrance is hectic. As soon as you hit the off ramp, you are having to merge onto the side road, then immediately turn into the hotel parking lot. Other than that, it's a great hotel.

Sandy at the reception desk was awesome. She made sure we received a room that met our requests/needs and she straightened out the mess that Booking.com made with our reservation. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and premises were spotlessly clean, and quiet. I will stay here again, but will book directly with the hotel due to the problems Booking.com created.
