Large, comfortable room, super clean with excellent bed and bedding.

I arrived later in the evening and actually had to check in at the Four Points by Sheraton. Both properties are part of the same large building, but this was not immediately obvious at night and from the entrance I took. There was a big sign about how to check in at the Fairfield entrance, but frankly after a long day on the road it didn't register with me right away. A quick call to a very helpful and patient night desk clerk at Four Points though, straightened it all out.

The Executive King Room 230 was clean, comfortable and spacious for my wife and I. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Stayed one night for a break from the drive from Indy to Cali. Shower was hot. (2) large flat screens. One in the bed area and one in the small couched area. Very cool. The bar was open until 10:45pm on Saturday night. Friendly staff!! Skipped on the breakfast to hit the road early. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the freeway, fast food, gas and restaurants.

As a frequent traveler, I have to say that this hotel left a very positive impression on me. It’s very clean, modern, and perfectly located. The room was spotless. If you enjoy watching movies after a tiring journey, you’ll be surprised by the size of the TV – it’s almost like being in a cinema. Haha. If you need to work, there's a clever solution with a pull-out mobile desk that offers plenty of workspace. The bathroom is clean, and the mattresses are excellent. The room even has a chair for those who like to read before bed. My window view was of the highway, but if you enjoy watching cars go by, you’ll love it. The staff is very friendly. There are three elevators available in different locations. Breakfast is well-prepared and available in two locations – make sure to try the one by the lobby. I recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night's sleep and a pleasant hotel stay. Oh, I almost forgot! The bathroom has a spectacularly large mirror with a touch button that lights up with LEDs from all sides – perfect for women, girls, moms, and wives! I traveled with my family (2 adults and 2 children), and we all enjoyed it. We all recommend this place.

First off, the person who checked us in was very nice and even provided us with First-Aid supplies (I had gotten hurt and needed them). The rooms and layout of the hotel was very nice and clean and was also very modern. Breakfast consisted of waffles, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, a variety of breads, bacon and of course eggs (boiled and scrambled). There was also parfaits, juices, and chocolate milk. Later after we left, we realized that we forgot something at the hotel and after we gave the hotel a call, Ruby was quick to help. She was overly obliging and tried to help me. Ruby talked things out with her manager and was able to provide me with aid. I appreciate her efforts and kindness and her generosity. My visit at this Inn was wonderful and through this experience, my stay has been made complete.

Overall, the hotel is very clean, and it looks like it has been recently renovated. The location of the hotel is close to shopping areas. They also provide a good breakfast with a good selection of food to choose from. The room is very clean and well maintained. The room has a microwave and a fridge, which is very convenient. They also provide a coffee maker with free coffee. The beds are clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and provides good customer service. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay when in Amerillo.

The room and bathroom are very compact. So, it can be very tight for a family with a kid. The room we got had the view of the highway. Therefore, at night we were able to hear the noise from the vehicles. The hotel has just one elevator which is very slow. So, you might have to wait for a very long time for it to come to your floor. Lastly, the Internet at this hotel is terrible. It is so slow that no one is able to even check their email if you are connected to it let alone stream anything on your mobile devices. So, if you are planning to work from the hotel, you are better off connecting to your mobile hotspot on your phone.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The linens were very soft and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had the body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall, which is very convenient. They also had motorized shades which blocked the sun out very well which was nice since we got in very late and needed plenty of sleep.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. We were driving in from Phoenix and we called at 11pm to make sure the hotel knew we would be arriving after 1am and had our reservation. When we arrived at almost 3am, the night clerk said they only had a King left because Booking.com oversells the rooms and there were no doubles left. This was frustrating but we had our own cot for our daughter, so it worked out for a night. There is not enough parking for the hotel, so we had to park along a curb like some other cars did. It's definitely a great night's sleep, though and the clerk was very apologetic. He also gave us an extra blanket.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and plenty of towels are provided. Checking in and checking out went smoothly. The hotel is located right off the highway, and many attractions are nearby. Breakfast included a huge variety of items that were all very good.

The mini-fridge did not have the customary freezer we needed for some of our food items.

Property is wonderful. I particularly enjoyed having an excellent restaurant on property. It’s nice to stay in your hotel to eat after a long drive.

it’s a bit odd that a Fairfield and 4 Points share the same building. Once inside, the properties are differentiated by carpet color. I checked into to “4 Points” desk, so I had a long walk to my room.

We really enjoyed the room. It was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the TV was huge! The gentleman at the counter was really nice and friendly. The location is perfect. It is right off the freeway, so it's easy to get wherever your going in town.

There is not anything particular we did not like. If I was to be super picky, I would say more water pressure in the shower. But, even that was fine.

The bed was super comfy! Great breakfast options! Enjoyed the gym! People working reception were very pleasant. Our room was clean.

This is a Booking.com issue. The restaurant is NOT open on Sundays. The hotel website states this, but Booking.com indicated that the restaurant was open every evening.
