Superior quality in every way. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable.

Location is somewhat challenging because of one way streets and lack of parking. We had to pay $11 to park in a public garage across the street…by what we recall, this was not mentioned in the Booking.com listing. We are older and the walking and transporting of belongings between the garage and our room was difficult and tiring. Information about parking location and cost should be very clearly mentioned in the Booking.com listing. Beautiful, inviting, and comfortable accommodations…but it wasn’t right for us simply motoring across the country and seeking a room for overnight.

I was unable to reach anybody over the room phone to get new bed sheets and towels, and I ended up having to go downstairs and ask the front desk lady for help. She seemed overwhelmed with me asking her that question. I am more than happy to go downstairs and get my own items, I just didn't know why me asking her for more bed sheets and towels was a big issue.

I have no complaints about this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, staff was super friendly, breakfast was amazing. I love the omelets at embassy suites, they are always a cherry on top. My favorite part was the room, it was large and had a separate room which was perfect for our family of 5 so we could spread out.

no complaints! The, stay, the location, the staff, the room, the food, everything was great. I guess if I had to nitpick we did have to pay for parking which is normal if you stay downtown.

I loved the room set up and everything in general. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel is kind of difficult to get to, and the pet fees for two 2lb pups were a bit excessive. $75 was fine, but that should include the cleaning fee. Instead, I was charged another $12 to clean up after them, and there was nothing to clean. I make sure my dogs don't make a mess. There were kids and other customers that left food outside their rooms, and one got marinara sauce in the carpet outside their room, which was right next to ours. They made way more of a mess than my babies did and I can almost bet they weren't charged a cleaning fee!

I appreciate the valet service, although it was expensive. I liked the fact the bar was able to charge to the room and was open late. I liked the shower in the room and the layout of the suite. I enjoyed the view outside and the sunrise. I really appreciated the cleanliness and quality of the room.

The fire pit table was not working and not as leisurely as it appeared in pictures. The pool was small and always crowded when it was open in the evening. I was able to go for a swim before checking out and there was trash and dirty towels everywhere. The

When we first got here it was very clean and spacious, then we laid down on the bed and it was so comfortable, and then we woke up in the morning for breakfast and it was the best breakfast ever at a hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. We will always come back to this hotel in the future when we come here. Thank you staff at Embassy Suites

Pool was closed for cleaning so we didn’t get to swim, but we’re looking forward in the future to swim because that doesn’t stop us from coming back

Breakfast was great, good variety. Happy Hour, good snacks and great service. Bellman was very nice. The room was clean and large. Beds were just the right softness. Rooms were quiet. The parking garage was just across the street (city owned parking).

The only thing that was a little annoying, was the toilet was not bolted down to the floor properly. Wobbled everytime you sat down, lol.

The rooms were great. Very roomy!

When we arrived there was supposed to be snacks in room and there wasn’t any. There was an empty box that should have had some toiletry in it but they didn’t even check it. Also parking was rough! You can park free but not till after 5 (good luck) There was a list in the elevator of ways to park very confusing.

Everything was clean! Easy to get around and there was some street parking for free after 3pm. Paid garage parking across the street ($11 for just parking or $17 for in/out parking) Breakfast was amazing.

We could walk right across the street to Hodgetown Stadium and watch the baseball game. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable.

For as nice as the motel is, there was only 1 elevator working. The staff when we arrived was not very informative, was very short, and when the night shift desk clerk arrived, the one helping us more or less walked immediately away and told us she was tired and needed to go to the restroom. The new clerk didn’t have log in info so had to wait for another manager to show up and help. There was a long line waiting to check IN, and at 4:30pm some were still waiting on their rooms that had paid for an Early Check In.
