The staff was wonderful in every transaction from beginning to end. Our room was well appointed, large and very clean. We enjoyed the entire experience of our stay in terms of the comfort of the bed, the layout of the hotel and the amenities available and we look forward to seeing the staff and amenities again in the future

My husband is a disabled veteran and we require handicapped parking close to a primary door near the lobby. We were unable to find either in a marked or normal fashion. Perhaps better signage on the outside of the building? We also found much of the building to be humid at times but neither of these issues would prevent us from returning

Was passing through from Arizona to Georgia and needed a place for the night. Had no idea what I was going to get but this place looked like an old 80's or 90's ski resort with cat-walks all inside and a big indoor pool and games. If I was staying there for more than just one night for sleep I would have really loved to hang out there. Clean, very convenient off the highway, friendly people, no hassles.

They need to figure out the locks on the doors that go to the outside on the second floor. Also, they could restock their toothbrushes that are usually available for guests that forget theirs.

My room and bed were so big! And the inside of the lobby was beautiful.

They should have coffee out in the lobby 24/7! I had to leave at 4 AM and it would have been nice to have some coffee- the machine in my room was hard to figure out. Also, my shower dispenser was out of soap and my bathroom sink shot water horizontally all over the bathroom. Also, maybe getting smart TV’s would improve the experience- there was only cable and no paper guide or even a guide button on the remote so it was very difficult to find something to watch. But overall loved it!

Great comfortable beds and cute light with mini golf pool and dance hall. We had a blast at an unexpected show in the Horseman's Club. Superior craft whiskey cocktails large dancefloor and a first class show. Everything absolutely sparkled in the dance hall. They are in the model of a remodel and our room was a pet room so it was one of the UN remodeled ones it was a huge cut-out hole in the granite countertop the paint was scratched off the door actually looked like something at it at some point happened to the door but it locked and latched just fine.

The decor was nicely done. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were also. The separation of the bedroom and the living area was very nice as it added a little more quiet to an already very quiet room. I loved the kitchen area stocked with air fryer, and other items to whip up a good meal.

The sidewalk from the door to the handicap area was different levels, making rolling smoothly not an option. The blacktop driveway and parking area was very pitted, also creating difficulty getting to and from my vehicle.

I booked through booking.com they didn’t give me the room I booked and paid for. I got a cheaper room and when I asked about it the management said that booking is a 3rd party and they would not honor the reservation. So do not book a luxury suite because you will not get it. I stayed there many of times and had the same issue but it was always resolved. It’s a hassle and a waste of time

Breakfast provided was what could be expected of continental but we opted for the cafe breakfast reasonable $7 a plate. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Enjoyed the keyless check in and the facilities were very nice.

Our room was right next to the pool, and the humidity made the room smell slightly odd, but absolutely not a deal breaker. The outside could use a little renovation but the inside is impeccable. Our bathroom door was slightly difficult to close but again, very minor issues only.

Large property, spacious rooms, bar with live music and character help define our stay. This was Basic King and we loved it. The room frig was brand new, a fun vintage design, and unlike many hotels it worked beautifully. The freezer froze and main refrigerator compartment did not. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and served with friendliness and grace. Great fresh biscuits!! Reception staff very friendly. There’s a great pool. Ongoing renovation continues to make this place a great stop. The price was so reasonable we got great value for money and would stay again.

Comfortable bed, very clean room, good lighting. Room sound proofing seemed to be pretty good. Breakfast was fine. The provided mini-fridge actually had separate freezer and fridge sections, so worked much better than the typical hotel fridges I've encountered. Staff easily accommodated room change when booking.com noted I was booked over a potentially noisy bar.

Only small nitpicks. Some minor issues with Wi-fi in the back of the suite (but otherwise reliable in the main area). There are clearly areas of the hotel that are undergoing renovation, so parts of the hotel feel a little rundown. However, my room was great. Definitely make sure you're booking a remodeled room.

The rooms were awesome! Nice and spacious. Some things were under renovation, but nothing was dirty or unkept and it certainly didn't "feel" like there were any renovations going on. The staff was super great and knowledgeable. They even allowed the pool (which is in the center of the building with the rooms surrounding it) to stay open just a little longer so that my mom and I, who were road weary from driving three days, could use it to relax for just a little bit. They don't have a hot tub, but the pool was super warm making up for it completely. They had laundry facilities we were able to use also. A little bit of a hassle because I had to download an app and add funds to an online account, but it only cost me a dollar which made it worth my time. They served breakfast the next morning which turned out to be more than the standard hotel breakfast fare, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and fried potatoes that were cooked and served by the same person rather than just sitting in a warming tray. It was a very nice touch.
