Check in was efficient, staff was friendly. There was a lot of chaos in the lobby with the phone ringing and rude customers, but the staff handled it very well. The small store type area was clean and well stocked. I liked the fact that there was a sidewalk that connected to the Cracker Barrel. The Cracker Barrel was also open till 11 o’clock on a Saturday night.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. A bagel has way too many carbs for my liking. I usually prefer a piece of toast or even a half of an English muffin. I also prefer something besides a hard boiled egg and some high carb cereals. The breakfast room was roomy and beautiful, but the food felt lost in this big room.

We were on vacation, driving to Houston from Colorado, and when we began driving Saturday morning, we did not know where were going to stop. Eventually we decided how far (of a 17 1/2 hours drive home) we wanted to go, and saw we would make it to Amarillo. So we looked online at a bunch of options, and chose Spark because of the Hilton name. That association moved us to make our choice, and our experience, though very quick (10pm to 8am) was exceptional in every way. We certainly had other options at a lesser price ($20 to $40 less in the area), yet the Hilton brand is why we stayed there. 10 out of 10 stars! Thank you!

One small thing was a shady character walking around cars at 10:30pm on a Saturday night, roaming near the only available parking spots. We obviously had to park, and just hoped that our car would stay safe, which it was.

Room was great. The shower was ok water kept going hot to cold in rapid succession. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet!!!! All said 100% AWESOME!!!

I liked everything but the breakfast sucked!! There was only bread, yogurt and hard boiled eggs, apples, oranges & cereal. Not a great breakfast for people with food allergies & sensitivities! Recommend you change a few things add some meat, cheese, warm eggs, fresh fruit like berries, melons, a variety of options, sensitive people can't have grains!!

When I checked in the 2 gentleman were professional, friendly, and amazing. They helped me get checked in immediately, I didn't have to wait awhile like I did with a previous hotel I stayed at. Answered all my questions promptly and we're fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic! They have waffles, scrambled eggs (delicious), sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, danishes (Hostess) (cream cheese icing, apple, etc.), a full coffee bar with more than 3 different flavored creamers, also different sugar varieties, and 3 different juices (Cranberry, orange juice, and apple). The bathroom was very clean almost new. Multiple towels (4 for a double queen bed, wash cloths) (you would have to ask for extra shampoo, conditioners if you have extra people staying and didn't bring shampoo/conditioner). They also have an ice machine on multiple floors. If you have a lot of luggage ask for 1st floor if available, if not they also have a troller but its very noisey LOL. Overall, it was an AMAZING experience.

I liked the hotel and the room, the grounds are pretty, the staff was cordial and helpful. The room was neat and clean. We were not bothered by anyone and the hotel was quiet, so our group got some uninterrupted sleep.

The TV remote did not work with the TV, the pillows were hard as a rock literally. You have started renovations which caused problems as all the crates were taking up more than half of the parking spaces (all on one side of the property). There was a customer who parked his truck and trailer sideways across 2 handicap parking spots and 5 other parking spots which made it even harder for the rest of the patrons to find a parking spot. That customer should have backed his truck and trailer in to the long spots up front. Even when asked to move it he said he was told by the staff he could park that way. Not very smart of your staff Chris and Crystal - you really need to rethink that! While the breakfast was nice, there was no decaf coffee or yogurt or fruit.

Can't beat the price. The room had all of the typical amenities, all of which worked fine. Room was clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in the morning. Hotel was quiet. Hotel is off the freeway feeder road a bit, tucked behind a Cracker Barrel. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe. I had to leave a few things in the car and nothing happened overnight.

Air conditioner smelled a bit. Coils probably need to be cleaned. Breakfast was just ok although they do have a waffle machine. Would be nice to have real eggs in lieu of powdered. But I don't expect any breakfast at this price so it was all bonus for me.

I’ve stayed here for years many times. Would have continued except that when Hilton took over the prices took a big hike. I noticed that the next time that we are going to Amarillo, I could get a good price on Booking.com.

They discontinued the 530 kickback during Covid and never brought it back. It was usually snacks, like hot dogs and nachos and we really enjoyed them. The last few times they did just switched to a pretzel combination and goldfish. I’d like the cocktails.

We really loved our visit. The front desk staff member was very kind and helpful when we arrived. My daughters (2 and 4) were very impressed with the lobby. We enjoyed the pool. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Everything was clean. We didn’t use them, but there were dishes and cooking pans in the cupboards.

We came down to breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end and they were out of waffle batter and biscuits. When my husband passed by the prep area to take my daughter to the bathroom there was a big pile of biscuits that the staff appeared to be loading into plastic bags. We still had a filling breakfast. It would have been good to have some fruit options.

Very nice lobby/entrance. We liked the hotel and first impression was Very Good, parking was fine. Overall, would recommend and stay there again...

Indoor pool area (no food or drink). Understand for safety. But, we old farts would like to have our drinks (in plastic) by the pool..... Wife's notes: room was OK, nothing special. Breakfast minimal (compared to approx. 15 other hotel stays off Interstate). Oh, there was a tip-jar out. We had better breakfast buffets so many other places.

The manger Chris was very friendly and approachable. He greeted the guests in the breakfast room and I had a nice conversation with him upon my departure. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. The ladies working breakfast were friendly and kept the area clean when guests left a bit of a mess.

Now this isn’t a problem with the property or the staff but guests didn’t return the luggage carts to the first floor where I expected to find them. Now we arrived after 11:00 pm and we and another late arrival found the carts left on our respective floors. A suggestion is, providing there is staff available that late and once the issue is brought up, that they bring the carts back down (which I did once we were finished with it).
