We always come to this Hotel when we stay in Amarillo. The beds are always comfortable with the options of either a soft or firm pillow. Rooms are always clean and have never had a bad experience with any staff ever. We travel with two dogs and they are always so accommodating of getting us a room on the bottom floor close to an exit. For quick in and out trips to potty. The breakfast has a wide enough variety that you don’t have to eat the same thing every day. This location also keeps us close to the hwy and a few of our favorite restaurants during our stay. Thanks for always keeping the bar high!

Not a thing…

It had recently been updated.

While eating breakfast a customer brought there large dog in the breakfast area. Ther were signs stating no animals allowed. Which they walked by and laughed. I wish there was a way that you could designate one floor strictly for dogs. I’m not a dog lover and I worry about getting fleas and ticks from other people’s dogs that have stayed in my room before me.

Large comfortable room was spotless, quiet and the bed was great. Big fluffy pillows instead little flat squares. The breakfast was great. About anything you might want. Everything was tasty, and the HIEx cimmamon rolls are always fresh and warm. The location was surrounded by restaurants and very convemient.

Nothing!

The room was very comfortable. It was nice to h an indoor pool and jacuzzi. There was a delicious and very satisfying breakfast with helpful staff. It was very conveniently located off the freeway. There was an extra sink, which was helpful when someone was showering, since the bathroom sink was in the same room as the shower and toilet. Parking was well lit.

I would have liked the jacuzzi to be hotter with stronger jets.

The breakfast was great, and had a wide variety to choose from. The location was great with lots of places to eat nearby. We were on a family road trip and this was the 6th hotel we stayed in during our trip. It was the best out of all of them. It was the cleanest and the best breakfast.

Maybe a little more parking, got back after dinner and not any parking spaces left, but that is minor.

Greeting when we arrived as well as checkout and the breakfast is always very hot, fresh and delicious. Coffee is exceptional.

Unfortunately, the guests above us had children that didn't stop running in the room. We realize this cannot be avoided, good thing I carry ear plugs.

Young lady at front desk was wonderful and helpful during check in. I liked the dispensers in the bathroom of soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Breakfast was great.

Sounds picky, yet there was dried toothpaste in the bathroom sink. Also, there was a VERY slight smell of urine possibly caused by a previous person’s pet.

I tried staying at other hotels and ended up regretting it. I love the holiday in express. The rooms are always so nice and the beds are so comfortable!!! The breakfast is always so good. I am done trying other hotels when I know nothing compares to them.

My only complaints is that the showers aren't super clean. I usually get a wash towel and clean it myself.

Location was right off the highway which was perfect for our tired family from driving over 12 hours. The beds were comfy and room was spotless. I liked the breakfast it had many options for our very picky family they all enjoyed everything the hotel offered. The room had updated lighting and outlets everywhere for our family that needed extra charging ports for all our devices. They had a crib available and comfortable for the baby that was delivered within 5 mins of requesting. The hotel offered dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap which I preferred over the no name soaps and shampoos other hotels offer. I loved they had makeup wipes in the bathroom and nighttime tea for this mama that needed some R&R after a long day of road tripping. Overall 10/10 experience. Would definitely come back again.

I didn’t prefer the attendant at the front desk that greeted us when we arrived at 1am she seemed like we bothered her when we arrived. She was overall polite but didn’t even seem like she wanted to work.

It was clean and close to where I needed to be.

Not enough parking. I returned one night after midnight and there were 5-7 trucks taking up 4-7 parking spaces. There should be a separate place to park those.
