The staff was great! The breakfast options were plenty and the hotel was so clean. We took the kids to the heated indoor pool. It's not very deep which was fun for them. I think it only falls about 4ft and inches deep. The rooms are spacious. The showers don't run out of hot water.

The only thing I was displeased about is constantly having to ask for towels for the pool and they ran out at some point. The towels were inconsistent sizes and some looked more like hand towels.

This was our second time staying at this hotel in the past week (once on our way to vacation and once a week later on the way home). Our first visit, we had a few minor issues, this time we had a GREAT experience! Our room was great and my family enjoyed the breakfast. We also used the pool and the fitness center and were pleased with both. Really a great value for the price!

The elevator was a little tight when we were trying to get our cart upstairs, but other than that, everything was great!

Clean, convenient, friendly and the food was great.

We were locked in. Reported it and someone came right away to fix it. We were moved to another room. Very helpful. Our luggage was moved for us. The hot water took so long to get warm. I turned it off, turned it on again and it was hot.

I loved how polite the employers were how clean the lobby was how clean the restroom was how clean the room was and I really liked the hot breakfast. It was clean. It was not dirty and it tasted really good.

The pool pool was under renovations, but that’s understandable

The update is very nice. Breakfast is the same as any hotel breakfast. The shower pressure is 10/10. The first floor has the updated ac units. The third floor does not.

You can hear everything. The walls and floors are very thin.

Very clean and the desk clerk was efficient and friendly. The room was cold and ready to be occupied. The breakfast staff were very friendly and had the food ready on time. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The rooms are pretty outdated, which I expected. The gym area has a very strong moldy smell so I couldn't use it. The breakfast was blah. Very limited options, not even simple scrambled eggs (egg sandwich or omelet). Waffle maker timer was not working so waffles were burning. One small elevator that sounds like it needs serious maintenance.

The TV in our room wasn’t working (I’m assuming the cable was somehow not connected/turned on) but we weren’t really wanting to watch TV so it wasn’t too much of a bother.

All was well but when I got to the hotel, they did not have my booking.com reservation. I wasn’t expecting to get there until 0200-0300 as per my reservation with Booking.com. I was glad that still had a room. However, I was double billed because if this- once by Booking.com and once by Fairfield.
