We got an upgraded king suite and a nice welcome gift. I used the gym and it was really nice. The free breakfast was really good and my husband ate well. It was nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel seemed in good condition and clean which is very important to me.

The staff was friendly but I had a hard time understanding the lady that checked us in. She kinda said things quickly. I walked around and found the time for breakfast, etc. Our pillows were very soft and went flat quickly. Two of them were like feather pillows so we had to keep fluffing them around our heads. Would love to have had almond milk as an option. I had to eat my granola dry as there were no vegan options for milk. I did find peanut butter and oatmeal but wasn't too sure if there was milk in the oatmeal. When checking out I turned in our cards and the lady just asked if she could email our receipt. I said yes and that was it. She didn't thank us for our business, etc.

The set up of the room was great. And of course, being new, it felt clean and refreshing. The choices in the included breakfast were really nice and exceptionally fresh.

Parking was terrible. We had to park our sedan in the next lot due to trailers taking up 5 and 6 spots and large trucks not parking appropriately, taking up more space than they should in there spots. The rooms we were in seemed to have thin walls.

Better breakfast than the other big name M chain, that charges $5 per muffin and $10 to park. Pool out of order at M place. No free coffee either! The M place we stayed was dirty and no microwave in room. Hostess was not nice. Hampton is better. Will stay at Hampton in future.

Clean, quiet. This hotel is still very new,so it's in good shape. The bed was comfortable and check-in/out was easy

Breakfast was pretty mediocre. They had all the traditional continental breakfast options, but I didn't care for the chorizo eggs and the rest of what I had was just "meh"

Phenomenal breakfast! Comfy beds, very modern and efficient use of space, warm greeting, great value, what more could a customer ask for?!

Not sure of the location as we were in a snow storm. But will say this was the best hotel we stayed in during a 3 week vacation. That would include The Grand Californian at Disneyland!! Clean, new, huge room, comfortable bed and pillows. Great staff. Can’t say enough.

Location was great, I didn’t realize how far off the interstate it was though but it was good.

The bed I had was not comfortable at all. I don’t understand why hotels don’t rate the mattresses in their rooms and let you book what kind of bed you want when you book.

Very clean and nice hotel. Farther from the highway, so it's quieter. I will probably stay here every time I have to drive through Amarillo.

It was a little bit hard to find a parking spot near the hotel. The swimming pool is small and shallow - but it's similar to competitors.

The property is new and the building is very spacious! I greatly enjoyed my stay and had an easy time sleeping in the comfortable room!

I didn’t like that there was not much to do around the hotel, and I hope someone reopens the nearby theater someday!

Fantastic location/accommodations/breakfast & Staff. Best Inn on a 27 day cross country journey. Loved it.
