The bed, itself, was very comfortable. The television picture quality and program selection was excellent. The pool and hot tub are very nice and always something to look forward to at each visit. The breakfast was good and offered a nice selection of drinks and food items. The Gourmet coffee was excellent.

The temperature control for the heating and air conditioning was contrary. There was almost no setting that could be termed "just right". Although the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were not. The pillows lacked anything that could be termed supportive. Firmer pillows would be greatly appreciated. Bar soap for the shower would have been better than the tiny tube of "body wash". Three adults had to share that one tiny tube of body wash and it was not quite enough to go around.

Breakfast selection was good. Staff at front desk were friendly. Room was clean. Property in a good location to get to from the interstate.

The jetted tub needs updating - knobs missing, labels unreadable. The amount of dog feces around the place. I clean up after my dogs and from the looks of it, many don't. I pay extra to have my dogs with me, that fee should go to have someone clean up the property at least every other day - there are companies out there that do that. The worker in the breakfast area was having a bad day and rude to several customers.

Really cute and cozy vibe. The women at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was a steal for the price in my opinion. Plenty of room for myself and my dog to play a little and sleep comfortably. Location was really convenient for us, as we’re traveling up I-40 East.

I do wish they would wait for people to check out instead of knocking on the door an hour or two before check out and waking people up. My dog was startled by the sudden knock on the door in the morning. Feels a little like the server bringing the check while you’re still eating.. kinda just in poor taste.

The hotel was charming. It's brick architecture outside had a unique and fun look to it. The lobby had a neat wooden staircase that a had feel from the old west and a nice fire place. The room was nice and clean but just a typical hotel room nothing special about it. Free breakfast was delicious.

The room had a slight musty smell when you first walked in but nothing that was much of an issue. It didn't seem like they kept the pet rooms separately from the non pet rooms. We heard a dog bark a couple of times but nothing that was bothersome. It was just clear they rooms weren't separated. Beds were very firm.

Great location for our road trip. Felt safe. It was very comfortable and warm despite the snow on the ground outside. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

We booked 2 rooms and asked for adjoining however never heard back and when we turned up only received one room. But it was quickly rectified and we did get two rooms but not adjoining (not a big deal though)

This Country Inn is just that, it’s Adorbs! I was greeted by Valleria and her lovely smile. The Lobby was very quaint. The Location is easy to find. We found many choices for dinner. At 8:30 we left for Texas Roadhouse but they closed early. We ended up at Outback Steakhouse and it was so yummy!!!!! Our room was very clean and comfortable. I’m always super hot and our AC unit worked great. We are traveling with our two small dogs. The area for the dogs had bags for waste. That was super convenient. The parking lot and grounds are well lit. Our Bed was really comfortable. Pillows were in abundance and perfect. The fridge worked, having a microwave for coffee heat up and microwave popcorn is awesome!! Nice TV too. The Breakfast was really good. They had a good selection. They had coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I loved the different flavored cream choices. 5 different cereal choices, bagels, an assortment of breads, waffles, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, country potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and muffins. Great condiments to go with all. The staff member was right there to assist and continually restock all items. One of the nicer breakfasts I’ve had when included with room. We paid a very reasonable rate for this stay. Well worth it!!!

The bathrooms need updating. We had cracked, loose tiles. Toilet didn’t flush well. I would have liked a usb port by the bed. The room has outlets by the beds but unless you bring a long cord, you cannot use cell whilst it’s charging.

We loved the appearance of the hotel. It is very spacious, clean and quiet. We liked the checkout policy at noon. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. It had a fitness room and a pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the location as there were many places to eat near the hotel. The breakfast had lots of options and was above average. We will stay here again when we are in Amarillo.

I can't think of anything- it was really complete, clean and felt very safe and quiet.

Very nicely appointed hotel in a classic Texan style. Check-in and out was a breeze. Staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The location is great with easy access to the interstate, and it has a well-lit parking lot.

The breakfast was great, but not the selling point folks make it out to be in other reviews. It was pretty standard as far as hotel breakfasts go. The other aspects of the stay were definitely more notable.

I called to book another room for this weekend and extend the stay on one already booked, and before I could finish explaining, I was put on hold and then hung up on twice. Then, no one would answer. We are repeat customers and it is the first time we've had a problem. Perhaps they were busy, still not a way to treat a customer, and they could have just asked me to hold or call back, and I would have understood. Even so, it is a nice place to stay for the price point.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past several years and the rooms have always been very clean. I have a very bad back so I’m always it with hotel beds but I’ve never had any issues. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff has always been very courteous to not only myself but to the other customers I’ve seen them interact with. The location is very convenient and the breakfast is very good compared to other hotels I’ve been to. Would definitely recommend staying there.
