The hotel was easy to find, friendly staff, and large comfy rooms! After being on the road all day, having the option to order food on site was such a huge plus for a traveling family!

Not a huge deal, but the p-trap in the bathroom floor smelled bad. Could probably use some attention. Breakfast was also really crowded and the staff had a hard time keeping food stocked.

Convenient location and a very modern and clean hotel. Lots of contemporary amenities despite being a small facility. Very kind employees plus a great breakfast! Will definitely book here again in the future.

Everything was fine, but if there was one critique, it would be to have more organized morning breakfast facilities. It got a little crowded and I almost walked into either a guest or an employee because of the tight spaces and blind corners - the abundant food offerings made it worth the trouble.

Palatable hot free breakfast.

It would have been nice to nice to have breakfast trays in he breakfast area. I almost burned myself. I had to bring food and coffee to my room because we had dogs with us. I suggest you use Community Coffee brand in the room and at breakfast. The coffee?? In the room does not ever pass for coffee. Please use Kerig coffee makers in the rooms. They are convenient neat and are real coffee. Community Coffee is rich tasting quality coffee for a lower price.

Convenient to I-40, breakfast was good, the breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby, hallways, and elevators were very clean. Our King size room was clean.

We were not happy when our rooms were not ready during the 3-4 pm check-in request. We were not happy that our 80 year old mother's room wasn't available until after 5:30 pm, on another floor (especially since we requested it), and was dirty when she entered. The beds were hot and uncomfortable. The king bed was so loud sitting down/getting up, it disturbed the other sleeper.

It was better than most "free" breakfasts. Fresh, well attended by management and clean. Love it!

No complaints. Location is "out of the way", but the lower price than Drury offset the location.

Very clean, comfortable rooms, safe and secure place. Great location off the main highway for convenient resumption of travel. Nice seleciton of convenience food and beverage items for when you want a refreshment and don't want to have to drive somewhere. It's really a very nice stay.

One of the staff members that works during breakfast time is so rude. She was not only rude to us but saw how she was rude to everyone as well. It’s like she was upset that she was having to clean up after and during breakfast!

Hyatt place is conveniently located close major hwy and most of city traveller points of interest. Beautiful place, very clean with friendly staff. Generous size rooms in modern minimalistic style that I really like. Bathrooms are clean and moderately big. The pearl of the stay is their breakfast. Delicious variety of breakfast options accompanied by a very hospitable lady- cook. Price was acceptable. One of the best hotels in Amarillo, TX.

There was nothing really that I didn't like. Would be nice to stay there l Ionger to experience all the hotels included services.

Breakfast was good. Location is fine. It was quiet and that’s the main thing we like for sleeping.

The bacon seemed like microwave bacon.

Excellent service great staff 👍 loved that I wanted a drink from the bar and they made it exactly the way I wanted it. Bartender was very kind and attentive.
