I really liked the character of the place. Very unique setup and style. Lots of potential for large group activities.

I didn't really like how underused the place is. All of that potential is just sitting there and not being used. That courtyard/pool/stage/bar area is wonderful. But, from what I gather, none of it ever really gets used. :( Oh, yeah. As a side note, the computer/business area was pretty sad and ineffective, too.

The room was comfortable. The internet was fast enough to get work done. The atrium room was nice, large and has lots of skylights. There is even an indoor pool and breakfast is included. The neighborhood is nice. We went to a Panera nearby.

The only tip I can give to someone is, if you have a room with an outside door and you choose to leave through the outside door, do not put the security latch on your main door - the one facing the large center atrium. It turns out that you can't get into the outside door with your hotel key and you can therefore be looked out of your room altogether. Thankfully, the staff were able to solve this problem.

I accidentally left a gold chain behind and Michelle from the front desk went above and beyond to help and arranged in her own time to have shipped to Las Vegas for me, it was my late mother’s and meant a lot to me and being from Australia thought I’d never see it again I’m so grateful and think Michelle is just the best. So a big thumbs up to guys for employing such an honest awesome woman 👍

Was very quiet enjoy that

Toilet was not working ask to have it looked at was told they would be in to look at it never showed up had to go through the night without flushing. I think I should have been conpasated for this inconvenience but I wasn't . Got the feeling that you didn't really care whether I had a working toilet was very disappointed with that attitude.

The room was clean, and amenities, i.e., coffee maker, soap, hand towels, small refrigerator etc. were in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

While it didn't really affect our stay, the lobby was without air conditioning, but the room air conditioning was wonderful. There was no breakfast service, they discontinued it.

Extremely friendly desk clerk. Rooms very spacious and plenty of parking space. Everything was good value. Bed was just a tidbit hard and the coffee maker leaked, but the former is a matter of preferences and the latter probably just a mishap. I was very content with the hotel.

Unfortunately, no time for breakfast but liked the setup. Room was secure & air unit was quiet so slept well. Bed/pillows were comfortable. No traffic noise.

Key cards wouldn't work. Open area was warm & humid, but not affecting our stay.

Cool atrium style hotel. Smells super clean as soon as you walk in the lobby door. Rooms are a little dated but beds were clean and comfy . Staff was very friendly, Great water pressure in showers. Right next door to the only Pizza Hut in America with a full bar!

The hotel is in a quiet area, the rooms are clean and VERY spacious.. The hotel staff is super friendly, especially the kind woman that was there during my check-in. Easy to check in and out, the hotel is the best bang for your buck!
