The room was very clean. I have a critical eye after working for hotels for years and I could not find a flaw. The staff was very friendly and fast, they had maps to help you find your room, and the decor in the room was very nice, More like a room at home than a hotel.

My only complaint was that I requested a smoking room on the first floor because my companion smoked and I am disabled. They gave the women ahead of me the last first floor room. They do have an elevator, but it was still difficult for me to get to the room without hitting my physical limit. And when we arrived they had converted all the rooms to non smoking. That is fine, my companion went outside to smoke but they should change it on their page on this site.

the room was just what I needed the cleanliness was great however the bathroom tub was needing some tlc but the stay and breakfast was just what I needed THANKS

the bathroom tub the bottom was kind of gross and the rust stains were not expected. wish that was a little more cleaned or upgraded. everything else was wonderful.

The gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating and got me checked in quickly. I was very tired, it was late 9:30 pm and he was very professional. The people making breakfast in the morning were prompt and very accommodating. Nice people and a very clean property for a fair price. I will be back. Thank you!!

The day staff were amazing and very caring while also being talkative and informative of information about things to do.

That when I went to schedule and then pay for my stay; found out that residents of amarillo have to put down a hundred dollar deposit while paying for their room even thought there was nothing on booking.com stating that and if I would have known then I would not have booked a few more nights at this location.

We have stayed at this location 3 different times as we travel to Oklahoma from AZ for family visits. Unfortunately this time was for family funeral. This place is getting only better and the staff is great.

The beds where nice and soft

Parking and only had 1 elevator in the building and it was way across the building. So you had to walk all around the building just to get it the 1 elevator. So lugging up luggage 3 flights of stairs

The location was very important to our trip. I liked how close to the hospital it was as well as the botanical gardens, even the park, also had restaurants near by even one next door which shares entrance from street. Room was very quiet even though we were close to office and near the stairway. Pool was located towards back of property so it was quiet, also pet friendly. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The clerk upon afternoon check-in, Delip, was very helpful at all aspects during our trip, answered all questions, helped with issues that occurred, was very patient with all the questions we had, even in the transfer to their other hotel midstay as the block went without water due to a water main break, even assisted with the refund as trip was shorten due to this issue. Even on followup call, he was very polite and attentive. We will visit there on a future trip.

Location was good , breakfast was okay , it seems that the owners are new and are working hard to make the place better .

The time in the room was not set correctly .. traveling from different time zones the struggle was real .

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and I even encountered a welcoming dog. It's conveniently located next to a Waffle House, ensuring that food is never an issue at any hour.
