The very first impression upon entering the lobby, it was nice and clean and smelled nice. And then the front desk receptionist was above and beyond wonderful! She was just the most delightful and welcoming person. I could meet after a long day of travel. Being a solo female traveler, she went out of her way to help me be in a room I felt comfortable in. I was absolutely delighted to find out that there was a laundry right next to my room, which after a week on the road I had laundry needing to happen. What a wonderful feature! My bed was so so comfortable + everything with water pressure and water temperature was exceptional. The mini fridge and microwave are delightful to have!? I have zero complaints about noise from the highway. The breakfast in the morning had a little bit of everything and I was completely satisfied with making a meal before I set off again. I would highly recommend staying out at this motel.! And I would return there in a heartbeat. Oh, and it seems like there was always somebody picking up any bits of trash and keeping the grounds clean. Very very happy with my stay here!

I didn't like that. I had so many things with me to haul to my room 😂 But that certainly was not the motel's fault. 😂 It's what happens when you're on a long journey and you have some items needed because you have the possibility of car camping at times. So in reality no complaints!

We pulled in at the very last minute and the wonderful woman at the front desk was able to accommodate us and we had a wonderful day. It’s not fancy, but that’s not what this is supposed to be. It was a place for us to launch our boat and eat some great food around the corner And they were lovely. The room was clean and the AC was cold.. It’s again not fancy but that’s not what you would expect at a roadside motel either.

Nothing it exceeded our expectations. Very happy that that we could be accommodated so last minute.

A clean fresh looking building, property refurbished in 2013. The Receptionist very friendly and polite. Room good and clean. A good location for the Cadillac Ranch only approximately 11 mins drive{ if familiar with the roads} Also, only 7.9 miles from the Giant Legs of Amarillo. First night went to the County Country Diner for a meal, my Partner was in search of Catfish, He did have catfish as did I we shared a platter, but food very disappointing, AVOID. Second night went to the Red Lobster Restaurant - worth a visit the meal absolutely delicious, my partner tasted lobster for the first time. We had fresh herb biscuits (like a scone dough) a newly baked batch.

No negative comments the Atrea Inn is a good place to stay.

The room was very good. The parking was great. The breakfast was okay. The young lady that check us in was very, very friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed visiting with her.

The bed was very comfortable, but too tall; 8" to 10" lower would be a lot better. A towel rack would be great in the sink area. A non-slip mat in the tub would be beneficial. We were a little nervous getting in and out of the shower. We are both late sixties and early seventies.

Breakfast was good. Nice lobby/breakfast room, very clean and stylish.

You may need a bit more seating for peak breakfast times. The outside seating was nice too, but it was raining. ☔️ We didn’t have a brewing tray for our room coffee pot, but they brought us one right up, when notified. I should have requested a lower room for my 95 year old Dad, but that’s on me. I’m sure your staff would have tried to find us more accessible rooms if asked.

I had to book the motel at the last minute from Dallas as we had traveled to see a relative who'd been admitted to a hospital in Amarillo. I had never slept in a motel before, and we kinda got a good room. The motel wing we slept on was kinda newly built [not sure if the entire place is]. The room was clean too. A big fridge, coffee maker, microwave was a kicker!

First, we got a key at the front office only to go to a room that wasn't cleaned. Went back to the front desk and got key to another room that wouldn't open. I saved us the back and forth walk and called the front desk, and the guy in charge brought us a key to the third room and we were good!

For the price, this place was super clean, the bathroom in our room was huge, it was centrally located right off the highway and near some quick food options for dinner. We were back on the road before breakfast but were able to get coffee at 5am. The lobby was also beautiful!! Looks like they've recently put work into this Inn, clean, friendly, affordable & my dog was welcome with a space for her to go to the bathroom in the courtyard. Highly recommend!

The place is super cute, close to the highway, and the room was very clean. Comfortable beds, and I personally loved the floors that it was not carpet. More convenient if traveling with pets, too (assuming it's easier to clean for them as well). The price was very good, and even though the room was smaller, it had a very tiny kitchenette and a great size refrigerator. Overall, it was a great experience, friendly staff, clean place/rooms, comfortable beds, pet friendly....loved it.

Clean rooms, recently renovated. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great room on a budget. Waffles were good! I didn’t try anything else, but it all looked and smelled good.

The renovations were nice, but our shower had some broken tiles in it. The door didn’t seal all the way. Just a few minor things from the building being older. Pillows weren’t very comfortable.

The spaces were very modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are well thought out. Clean. And lovely big bed Value for money. Breakfast was lovely too.

It was right by a very busy well used road and only because we don't have such noisy trucks/cars did we find it really noisy, but that seems in most places here, but I have earplugs and it dampened it down a fair bit.
