Location away from traffic is very good for tranquility. Free parking right out front was great and safe. Staff are attentive and friendly. Happy Hour Social snacks, drinks, are tasty and really appreciated. Breakfast was also great with plenty of variety, eggs, make your own waffles, and assortment of fresh fruits. Three varieties of Coffees (including decaf) are very good. My room was large, with comfy bed and seating areas. Good bed and bath linens. Love the full size fridge, dishwasher, and dishwater in the room.

Need ice machines on each floor or in each refrigerator in the room. At least put in ice trays. The bathroom in my room needed plumbing repairs (minor cosmetic). My neighbor guest above my room made heavy noises at pre-dawn hours. That woke me up 3 am and I had to call front desk to complain. This is the fault of inconsiderate guests; not the hotel. Note: I tried to upload photos on this review page with Booking.com but kept getting errors.

I always like the big family suite with the kitchen and the pool/hot tub/ breakfast.

The 2nd floor hallway smelled like dog and the room wasnt as clean as usual, there were food crumbs on the kitchen counter and bathroom toilet ran 24/7.

Large quiet room, good bed, very nice place. The breakfast offerings were hot and hearty.

Traveling with small dogs we expect additional fees, however $30 per pet per night is a liitle high. I wish that the pet fee had been in the information when booking the room.

The hotel was nice, clean, great location and the staff was kind, courteous and friendly. The choices for breakfast were very good.

The scrambled eggs were overcooked, the sausage very greasy and I suggest they leave the hard boiled eggs in their shells and let the guests peel their own.

Beds are comfortable, it is in a great location near shopping and food. It smells and looks clean. There are areas to hang out and a heated pool and hot tub.

They always have the largest and best breakfasts of anywhere! It was absolutely delicious. Our room was wonderful and I think it’s the best place to stay wherever we can find one! I love Staybridge Suites!

Breakfast was not fresh. Sausage was burnt and dried out. Gravy was brown and burnt.

beds weren’t as comfy as we like. and flat pillows. the breakfast wasn’t great. the eggs were tasteless and pasty. the waffles mix had an odd taste also. maybe it was the day, but we skipped it the second morning.

Breakfast was great. Attendant was working very hard to manage whole thing alone. It seems to be a job that two people should be doing, but she was hustling and replenishing the counters with food.

It was quite busy with a long line when we arrived and had already booked and paid. Our attendants were having to answer phones, take reservations and attend to walk-ins. It seems there could be a fast system so that pre-pairs get check-in priority. Staff was working hard and trying to accommodate all.
