Building is brand new. Unfortunately I missed breakfast but the space was clean and inviting and there was lots of room for a crowd. I also like the coffee pod Brewer in room doors to the bathroom were quiet sliding doors. Room got dark.

Didn't know what time it was, the two clocks in room didn't match. Checked in late.Yes, My fault , should have gotten a wake up call,My fault for not asking, I guess... After checking out time, received a call from the desk, with an offer to check out late. Would have appreciated that at check in, along with wake up call offered. I ended up checking out late with no breakfast. Yes of course. All my fault. I'll do better next time. (I'd come here again)

Property located in a nice quiet area. Nicely furnished from the entrance to the room. Great breakfast options and overall very clean! They had 24hr coffee available and had snacks available to purchase there at reasonable prices. We ended up staying an extra night due to the weather conditions and our stay was very comfortable. Room was good size, furniture to sit on besides bed, good tv cable service with various channels and nice lounge area.

The only negative situation we encountered was with the lady that checked us in on the 13th. She did not make us feel welcomed, didn’t say much and was very short when asked any questions.

It was a very comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms were huge and very nice.

That your staff be trained with some manners. We were greeted with a girl behind the desk with her face down talking to us. When we asked how much our 2 little dogs would be she rudely said $30. We told her there were tiny and she said $30 each, so do you want the rooms or not..... We told her that every hotel we'd been at in the last month never charged us for 2 or at all. She said $30 each so do you want the rooms. She just had a very snotty attitude.

Excellent location, in mostly non urban and away from highway, so no highway noise. Very short drive to stores and restaurants.

For reasons unknown, a commercial type drying fan was running in the hallway next to the room I stayed in; perhaps there was need to dry carpet in the hallway (?) and there was some bad smell from whatever had happened; fortunately the room door is well built, solid noise dampening, combined with my poor hearing, the fan noise, which ran all evening, all night, into next morning, was not too noticeable.

Very fresh and clean look. The staff was nice and the bed was very comfy. Like the continental breakfast even though we didn’t get to use it much.

Very poor water pressure and the shampoo/conditioner was so watery it didn’t feel like we were able to get clean. Room service left a rag in our room one day, making it feel a little unprofessional. Every time we came back to your room, it seemed muggy and musty. Maybe because there was not enough ventilation in the bathrooms?

The room was nice and clean and basically quiet. It had everything that we needed.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom door was hard to move and very noisy so it would wake up my spouse. Also, whoever installed the smoke detector (or some kind of detector anyway) put it almost directly over the bed and the light was flashing so brightly that I could see it with my eyes closed. I had to sleep on my side facing away from it so it wouldn't keep me awake. Major design flaw in room 304.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast had a lot to choose from.

When checking in someone asked about towels in pool area and the employee said " if there are any left, when we are out we are out". that made my family not really want to go down to pool just to not have towels getting out. There was a family that let their kids run the hallway screaming multiple times ( not hotels fault they cant control other people just sucked when trying to sleep and you hear that repeatedly)

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot for work. Easy check-in/out with friendly staff. Room was modern, updated. Convenient location off the 40 freeway (“Cadillac Ranch” is just minutes down the road, went to see it for fun). Had a good variety of breakfast offerings, and staff was very attentive. It had both a pancake machine AND waffle maker. In addition to it being clean, it was also QUIET! I had a room down almost at the end of the hall, which I greatly appreciated.

This hotel was perfect for a quick stop to sleep on a long road trip. The EV charger was a huge selling point for us! Overall, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Just what we needed!

The bedding was pretty thin. We didn’t love that they included a fuzzy blanket within the sheets. It was probably fine, but for some reason fuzzy blankets and carpet in hotel rooms just make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness standpoint.

The hotel was well located, clean and attractive. They had a luggage cart which was critical for me this trip and an elevator that worked well. They honored my request for a quiet room and it was very quiet from the time we arrived at 4 pm. The breakfast was good and plentiful and coffee was drinkable which isn't always the case at hotels. I was very pleased with my stay and felt it was worth the price.

The bed was a little soft for me but that is a personal preference and the initial staff was ok but could have been a little more engaging. The stay however was excellent and I would stay there again and recommend.
