Cleanliness was awesome

The receptionist was not charming. If a customer gets early before check-in time, at least you need to have his luggage in the storage room, and let him go around the city and come back when the check-in time starts. Or else you need to allow for an early entry as soon as the room is clean. The guy allowed for an early entry after I had spent an hour standing with my luggage. Hopefully, you'll work on this. Customers are not as robots to conform to the strict check-in time of 3:00 p.m. You need to know that some passengers arrive from different angles with different timings.

Location was perfect for me, staff was great. I ended up staying in Austin longer than expected but the staff was able to accommodate the extra time for me with no problem. I would recommend and definitely stay there again. The bed was super comfortable too

The TV only had a few channels that were working I think that I watched the first Gladiator movie like 5 times the first day I was there, other than that it was a great time

Close location, everything in the room worked, the room was cleaned daily and nice, friendly staff. The room price was very affordable. Overall, I would stay again.

Bed was too firm and pillows were flat. Laundry facilities were out of order.

The entire staff was friendly, very calm and relaxing, even after I probably was in their face more than anyone else.

no fridge or microwave in the room was my only deal breaker. For the same price or even a cheaper price I could have went at another motel less than a mile away.

I have stayed here quite some times before, and I'm almost sure I have evaluated this hotel beforehand. My overall impression of the facilities is positive. I am enrolled in a semi-presential postgraduate program at the University of Texas at Austin, and this hotel is really affordable, nicely placed by the I-35's Frontage Road, with easy access to all sort of stores and restaurants, plus access to every imaginable food through Uber Eats. The hotel/motel is quite simple, but really straightforward. Bring your own shampoo, they do provide soap but not shampoo for guests. It's just a 5-minute drive to the university campus, 7 minutes if you go to faculties or buildings on the Guadalupe side of the campus, downtown is close as well, so the Capitol building, museums, the entertainment district, and lots of things to do are nearby, just a 10-15 minutes drive away.

The bed was a bit soft this time, but not really bad. I was so tired all the nights that I slept like a baby anyway. The curtains do a great job darkening the room, and there is good noise isolation from the freeway outside, so you end up sleeping tight.

I did not get breakfast .or anything front he hotel I left really early in the morning but it was a good experience overall . I would definitely co me back again and stay another night on ant occasions.

Mmm the beds were tolerable but definitely couldve been better , I really don't have any other complaints.

Very quiet

The housekeeper knocked on the door and walk away when we opened the door and rude too and the bed was very out worn were you could feel the dent on the mattress plus there were no fridge or microwave in the room since I had medication that needed to be cool

I booked this stay for my sister and she liked the fact that they put her in a room away from the highway. She said the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I didn't like the fact that when my husband got locked out of the hotel room the front desk lady gave him an attitude and told him he can't be in that room and that she was going to lock the key to keep him from going back in there. And the bad thing about it was that our daughter was with him she was being very rude and giving an attitude but finally allowed him to go in after he talked to me on the phone. The TV also wasn't really working well it kept saying no signal and then the TV would turn off. Then the shower head had very low pressure so it was kind of difficult to take a decent shower. But overall a good stay

Everything is excellent as far as the rooms etc.

The WiFi definitely doesn't work in the rooms. Need to get this fixed because people work from home and can't use the WiFi... Fix this issue so every customer has a pleasant stay while working as well.
