Breakfast was very good, well maintained, and definitely a value. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was a pleasent stay.

I didn't like the way the beds were made up. I like the comforter on top of the sheet, and the way they are made is unusual to me; it is a sheet with the comforter above and another sheet on top. It is a personal preference, but you asked, so I answered. There was one person at the desk who apparently was a new employee. I felt a little as though I was being an annoyance to him because I wanted to add a few days to my stay and I wanted to stay in the same room. I had a light bulb in the bathroom go out, but the staff took care of it the following day. I felt that the gymnasium was a little disappointing. It is too small and seems crowded. and there is only one bench with a few exercise machines.

I am in a wheel chair and this was my first overnight trip with my new Beau. The entire facility was more than accessible to a disabled person. The great breakfast and staff was So accommodating. This wasn't your normal hotel breakfast with cereal and a piece of toast and a toaster. This was an all out buffet that was wonderful biscuits and gravy, hash Browns, eggs, sausage and all the fruits, all the cereals, all the breads and bagels that you could imagine ample coffee, both decaf and caffeinated and as much juice you could orange apple and a couple more, . And then the late afternoon drinks and we had pulled pork sliders with coleslaw. It happened to be the Cowboys first preseason game and it lined up perfectly with our 3 drinks each and pulled pork sliders. We had planned to go out to dinner, but after we had that, watching the game, we ended up staying in. After the game and watching a movie because we were so full from eating those wonderful sliders.Beautiful pulled pork, wonderful cole slaw .I don't know what they usually, sir.But there was also baked beans and a couple other things.I don't recall what there was.I just had the sliders in the cole slaw but it was very good. If you consider the breakfast in the morning each day we stayed which was 2 days and the late afternoon sliders. And drinks that would have paid for an extra day hotel. On the way down, we decided to go to IHOP for dinner the first night and it was $38 for 2 of us to eat at IHOP. The breakfast that we had at the hotel was so much better because we had so many choices and it was free. So I figured that that's $76, and then whatever it would have cost to have pulled pork sliders in 3 drinks each, which was at least $50, was really amazing. I hope you're asking it on the way home. We decided that our next trip will be San Antonio. And the first thing that I did was look for Drury Inn. I Will stay again and again and again.

I can honestly say there is nothing negative that I can say about this stay.Everything was more than perfect and everybody was wonderful.We checked out at two minutes after eleven and there was nobody banging on our door wanting us to get out which was a pleasant surprise

The food at the buffet. I was not expecting the large variety and it was all good. There were a lot of people eating there and the staff kept the different dishes restocked. No one was standing around waiting on anything.

The breakfast, dinners, and drinks that are included are pretty great perks. This is the 4th time I have stayed at a Drury Inn in Texas and they have never disappointed. This location was located behind a gated area and at night it was very well lit up. Location was right off the highway and took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to most destinations. The hotel and room were clean and pretty spacious for the pricing. The pricing was fairly decent for a 4 night 5 day stay. I loved it here so much, that I am planning another stay for March.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I loved it here.

Great hotel, good value for what you pay, the room was comfortable and spacious enough, the beds are very soft, AC working perfectly, bathroom was also spacious well equipped and shower with hot water at the moment as it should be, the Staff is remarkable and outstanding very kind and always looking to help. The buffet is also very good enough options to choose.

The facilities are not precisely new, and need to renew in some aspects, ex. Elevator (even it has a recent label from inspection) it felt no so good due some unexpected movements, I suppose due the years of service, the Gym is not well equipped it has too much to improve, and the Carpet on aisles and rooms might have some deep clean to look better. And extra comment, is not the hotel’s fault, the hotel feels very safe, the parking lot is private, all doors to enter the building are access controlled, but the area doesn’t feel that safe mostly at night you can see homeless people in the surroundings (avoid going out walking).

We left Houston because power was out due to Beryl. All the hotels in Houston were all booked. We decided to go to Austin since the 2 hotels we previously tried to book cancelled at the last minute. We have not been to Austin before, we were tired and anxious that the hotel would be full. Also, we tried buying a generator but it was out of stock everywhere. It was our first hurricane experience..So we decided to travel to Austin. We were so happy and relieved that there was room for us and that the people (the staff and the folks in general) were warm, welcoming and friendly! The room was amazing, it was bigger than any of the hotels we've ever been! The wifi was strong and they had blessed AC! They offer free bfast which was very filling, laundry for guests, gym and pool as well. Parking was free and plenty but kinda tight fit. We wont hesitate to go back!

Nothing! Rooms, facilities, staff, food, parking--everything was absolutely amazing.

I was in town for work and I gave this property a shot because the pride was fair and the reviews were excellent. I was VERY impressed with my stay here. I am a picky person when it comes to hotels and I do not have a single negative note to leave. The staff was friendly, check-in took all but 90 seconds, the property was very well maintained, the rooms were clean and DID NOT SMELL LIKE MOLD!! Even the nicest hotels smell like mold these days. Restroom looked and felt clean. The bed sheets also looked and felt so clean. Most hotel sheets smell like they were folded up before they were completely done drying and that was not the case here. From maintenance to cleanliness this hotel does not cut any corners. My favorite part was that the staff all appeared to enjoy their jobs. I hope they all receive holiday bonuses because they are doing an amazing job. I will definitely 100% stay here again.

Everything was EXCELLENT

Breakfast was very good and hearty! Eggs, biscuits, sausage. 5:30pm Happy hour was very generous too. 3 Margaritas and a Nacho bar. Wow! Safe gated parking lot. But the best thing about this place was the staff. Very friendly and so helpful. This will be my new hotel when Im in Austin.

Needs a little more clean up during the breakfast and happy hour. There were a lot of guest down there and tables needed to be cleaned more promptly so the next guest can use the table. Minor issue.

The staff was exeptionally friendly, we felt so welcome when we arrived there after a long flight. Also the staff was extremely helpful, when we had some issues, which had to be solved by phone but our mobile phone didn´t work in the United States. (Many thanks especially to Jack who was so extremely helpful and patient but also to all of the other staff!!!) The room was perfect with very comfortable beds / mattresses (usually hotel beds are very hard, but at Drury Inns the beds are soft and at the same time very supporting). Breakfast choices were perfect, we especially enjoyed the buttermilk biscuits and the grits. At night there was a dinner with great choices (also with some healthy ones like salad, vegetables, potatoes). There were free soft drinks and tea/coffee at all times and there was a popcorn machine (our kids loved it!). There also was a nice pool. The location was good, everything was easy to reach from there. This was the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn. After that positive experience we stayed at other Drury Inns several times along our road trip afterwards. The Drury Inn has become our favorite hotel brand! If we come back to Austin, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The room was clean, parking was convenient, the bedroom part of the suite was super quiet with the door pulled closed, and the beds were comfy. The size of the kitchenette was really big and there was plenty of room to spread out.

This hotel is great and could be better with just a few upgrades in the products they use. The coffee cups were cheap styrofoam - this just gives a cheap hotel feel. The living room area was spacious enough to turn the table and add another chair so two people can eat together. The tv choices were sub par - definitely not smart tvs where you could watch Netflix or one of your own services. We were there because my son was sick so the slowness and older feel of the cable wasn't as nice - we would have loved to binge some shows. I will say that if we would have had an hdmi cord, the tv could have handled that and we could have done it from our computer I suppose. This hotel could be brightened up to just give a higher end feel, but overall it served it purpose and we enjoyed our stay.
