The hospitality here was fantastic - as soon as we checked in, we were offered complimentary snacks and beverages which was very much appreciated after such a long journey! The room itself was very well appointed and comfortable, and the breakfast was a lovely variety of hot and cold selections. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa in the lobby while I worked from the shared space there. They also have a fantastic outdoor pool area with plenty of tables/umbrellas that also looked like a nice place to work from on a sunny day.

The "closet" in the room was an interesting configuration.

The food was hot, delicious, there was plenty of it and the range of time for the availability of breakfast was quite good. Parking was inexpensive if you’re on a budget and the location is in the middle of or near a lot of great places and restaurants.

I think better communication as to what is expected from customers before they arrive would help. For example, I was under the impression that there was no parking fee and also that the tax exempt form that I had was up to date, but it was not even though I called ahead to make sure all of that.

It was clean. The AC works very well. They have a full breakfast. The staff was good. They have security at night.

I do not like that they charge a fee for parking in the parking lot even though I was a guest there and I was already paying for the room. Maybe it would be understandable if it were a second vehicle or a visitor, but not for the main guest. This is the first place I have ever been charged a fee for parking.

There are no complaints about the hotel. It has a good location, and it was clean enough.

We booked a room for three people. Honestly, we didn’t pay attention to the details and were surprised to find out that the room might only have one bed for three people. We were quite shocked by this. The hotel couldn’t change the room, as they advised us to contact Booking.com directly. Since we were tired from the trip, we didn’t bother filling out any forms.

I can always count on Hilton for cleanliness, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. This location did not disappoint. At check in I was provided a much needed can of seltzer, my room was ready and clean! The lotion, hand soap, and shower toiletries were appreciated. Free coffee available all day! Full breakfast included.

I would change one thing for guest safety, I would require room access key to use the elevator.

My room was NICE and COMFY, me and my kids enjoyed our LABOR DAY weekend here from Friday to Monday(labor day) close to intersection so we was able to JUMP ON and take the lil 6mins or less ride depends on traffic to go VISIT the COLLEGE DOME of a relative and CATCH HIS FIRST FOOTBALL GAME OF THIS 2023season GO LongHORNS and THEY WON congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳 🙌 Team TEXAS, I WILL BE BOOKING again here for ALL HOME GAMES cause my stay was WORTH IT and BREAKFAST was GOOD 👍 and the LOBBY COFFEE ☕️ was GREAT 👍 EVERYONE working HERE labor day weekend was GOOD TO US, Thanks 😊 Signed CamBoo 😀

My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was. We booked through booking.com for a good price per night. Our room was spacious, well decorated, comfortable, we slept like logs each night and the breakfast was outstanding. It wasn't the typical oatmeal and coffee either. Each morning was a full breakfast. Omelet's, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, coffee, fresh fruit(bananas, oranges & apples) orange juice etc. You get a lot of bang for your buck here. Highly recommend and would stay at this Hampton again. Oh, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. *****

I Cannot think of anything I did not like. Honestly was really very nice to stay there.

The room was very clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities like lots of clean towels and beauty products. The pool was clean, the breakfast had lots of good choices. I enjoyed the waffle in the shape of the state of Texas! The location was next to a great church, Red Rocks Austin, that I attended Sunday morning after breakfast which made for a great stay!

$5 parking fee

I didn't like that I was expecting free parking and had to pay $5 and I was told check out was 12pm but the hotel said 11am I didn't like that I had to pay a $50 deposit and I still haven't received it back

The breakfast, the location, the room, the exercise room, what I liked the most, were the friendly staff, especially the young lady at the front desk, who checked us in, services with a smile.

What I didn't like booking.com, surprised hidden fees, you should let the customer know everything, you know, allow the customer make the decision to continue with your services and not wait until they check in to find out they're being charged for something, they knew nothing about.
