Convenient location

This facility is not clean. The elevator carpet is extremely dirty. At times, it smelled bad odor and patio areaa tables, chairs, and garbage that was their during my stay, never cleaned. This was a bit shocking since it's a Hilton. The air conditioning unit was loud & interrupt sleep.

I like the friendliness of the people who worked there. I really loved the breakfast. I liked that there were snacks in the hotel that you could buy. i aiso liked that there was a bar in the hotel. Also, the room was always very clean.

I really can not think of anything that I did not like.

I loved the location, close to places to eat and shop. Plenty of fun things to do. Staff was very friendly everyone had a smile. I felt like I hardly heard any other guests even in my room.

Bed was pretty stiff

I like that it was right off the highway and only a short drive to UT area, without it being smack dab in the middle of a campus town with loads of traffic. The beds were nice and they have a full range of tv channels. the staff was also very nice and accommodating (especially with my lost booking schedule)!

the bathroom was very small, especially in our “deluxe” king room which was for more then 2 people. I def. couldn’t imagine trying to share that tiny space with a large amount of people.

the night lady is terrible. the problem was resolved by my mom who told morning staff. the night lady was so mean to us when we called about a noise complaint. she talked so ugly to us. other than that all other staff was nice.

Location

Very old and rooms especially bathroom needs refurbishing. No microwave? Had to go downstairs to heat up food. No free breakfast or coffee.

I have stayed at this location a few times, great location, great service.

I had to move to a different room because the cable wasn't working in the room.

I liked the location of the hotel because many food options were available. Plus, I was able to get onto major roads easily. The parking is huge and easily accessible.

Breakfast was good parking was an issue1st day because of a conference going on there. No carts available to load / unload your luggage either day .

Bathrooms were old. Needed tubs refinished. Noisy guests next door.
