The convenience to where we needed to be was great, the staff was great, breakfast was good for a quick breakfast, room was comfortable.

The whole place needs serious upgrades, the elevator sounded like it wasnt sure it was gonna make it up or down everytime you got on it, it is a very older establishment, the housekeepers kept it clean, but the curtains in the room were not just discolored almost looked like mold on them, it wasnt but thats what it looked like from the outside, the water pressure was so low in the shower and the temp barely got warm. Like i said it was a comfortable place to stay but definitely not the updated pretty place the pics represent.

We stayed for 5 days. Viarney was great when we checked in. Priscilla and Naomi were helpful and cordial. The room was clean. NO odors or foul smells. Thankful for the internet service. Nice surprise there is iron and iron board included in the room. Small refrigerator is included. That was nice. The breakfast is included and pretty good. The coffee is super good!! The location is great cause its right off the expressway. The housecleaning people were great. They came by each day. The pool was nice.

There were alot of homeless people at the end of the property sitting at the curb. That was uncomfortable to see as we are not from Austin. We noticed a roach in the room one night,. Other than that, no other issues.

This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at while traveling. I know there were other guests because there were other cars, but I never heard any of them from my room. The location is also great to access the downtown Austin area in 10 minutes.

The property is an older property and has had updating in some areas but not others. For example, the shower and fixtures were new but the vanity and carpet in the halls was not in the best shape.

Clean and great breakfast!

I was charged $104 on my way to Austin because I got a phone call if I didn't pay for the pre authorization my reservation would have to be canceled then $94 when I arrived, then another separate charge of $50 deposit(which this $50 was understandable), then a day later the full amount of $200 something was taken out of my debit again a day later. So I was charged double for this stay of just 2 nights. When I had made my reservation, it said I didn't have to pay anything till I got there....

I usually choose LaQuinta close to where my planned activity will be because I've never had a bad experience with this hotel chain and can usually get the accommodations I want.

There was an empty parking lot next to the hotel and there were two cars there at one time spinning "doughnuts", for lack of a better word. They disturbed us and kept us awake for a while. I do not blame the hotel for it because it was something out of their control but it did take away from a restful night of sleep.

It was quiet and very comfortable for the weekend stay. Breakfast was good and was very well kept.

Don't have much to complain. We had 3 rooms reserved would have like to have them closer together. We ended up on different floors and other end of the hallways.

The hotel was in a good location it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. They have all Dove products for you to use. The lady that checked us out was very nice and professional. We were greeting by her with a smile she was awesome. The breakfast smelled so good

I did not appreciate the rudeness of the guy when we checked in. He left us standing at the counter while he was texting on his phone before he decided to come to the counter to help us.

Horrible breakfast

cook the sausage longer offer more than water the juice machine was broken offer bigger plates, the mini plates were not a good idea cold eggs only had grape jelly kitchen staff watching from across the room but not refilling the food

The Location was good, Check in and Check out was smooth.

Breakfast was O.K. But, the Lady didn't want to put out any Eggs , she said no more eggs. But there was a lot of potatoes. i really don't like potatoes.
