It was safe and family friendly.

Our trash was never emptied out daily. So we had to have trash piling up in our trash bins. Even after we requested to have it emptied out, it never was. We also had to request to have our towels replaced. They probably never would have unless we contacted the front desk. We never had a “do not disturb” sign up either so we don’t know why our room was ignored from housekeeping. We’d be gone in time everyday for them to come by.

My husband and I loved the complimentary drinks, the spacious lobby with comfortable seating. Location was easily accessible from the highway, there was ample parking

The initial customer service we received at check in wasn't the greatest. The staff was not friendly at all. I do understand there was a certain amount of stress due to the systems being down which is completely understandable, however, customer service should always be a top priority even in a state of emergency. Also, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the common areas in the hotel. Our room was perfect, however the lobby and hall way floors were dirty, the table tops in the bar and dining area were covered in crumbs and liquids, the gym was covered in trash and dirty rags and the pool water was very obviously dirty and unkempt.

The staff was nice at front desk, pool area was clean and great hot tub, but cleaning staff did not speak English, had no key, nor could they understand simple request to clean room or linen needed changing.

The cleaning of room and changing linen had to be requested everyday even though it was requested upon check in. We had medical conditions requiring cleanliness of room and fresh linen.

The included breakfast exceeded expectations, something for everyone. Pool is indoor and stocked with towels and seemed cleaned and maintained. Pet friendly with an area for dogs in front of the hotel that was kept nice and lit at night Rooms were clean and nice.

Hotel is set up with an atrium in the center so if it is crowded in loud in the center you can hear it in the sitting area in the suites. The bedroom portion closes off and that blocks the noise but if you have anyone sleeping in the sofa area they might be bothered.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast is a buffet style with an option to order fresh. The rooms were clean. There are plenty of places to plug in chargers. The bedroom has a wireless charger. There is a small refrigerator and microwave. The pool area is large with a hot tub and plenty of seating. Lastly, our view of Downtown Austin was pretty neat.

Overall, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Breakfast was delicious and open area not congested and very accessible. Very friendly cleaning crew in the dining area. Super clean cafeteria and dining area.

The inconsistency of the different staff, one offered excellent service during check in but when we returned to the desk to ask for an item we were not as provided the same service. Nothing against the hotel the employee must’ve had a bad night….

I enjoyed the Happy hour that was provided. Free alcohol and also a good variety of snacks to complement the beverages. The vibe was good and the workers were polite and friendly... I would definitely come back here again .

Well when I checked in the clerk charged me double for the deposit. It showed that I was charged twice for the deposit, and I was assured that it would be credited back to my account once I checked out.. It was an honest mistake so hopefully I will have all that charged incorrectly fully refunded. Also having the drain for the a.c. drip from the ceiling into the tub was annoying. We literally had to close the door for the bathroom to block out the noise..

The breakfast was by far amazing, fresh food, perfect hot meals, cold drinks. Our room was very clean, cozy very well maintained facility.. Hotel staff and kitchen attendees were wonderful, very helpful and polite super excellent service, swimming area hot tub were very soothing they were fully stocked on towels! Gym area was very spacious, clean and came in handy. Also very comfy beds with private area! This is definitely a pleasant place for a family get away or just a night away from home with your spouse!! We sure will be staying here in the near future!!!

TV channels would have been nice, despite the no channels everything else was amazing about this hotel!!

Everything was awesome! The staff was very welcoming! The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Rooms are so cozy!

My heat didn’t work, but the staff was amazing. They sent an electrician right away to fix it. Also the elevator was out didn’t enjoy taking the stairs. Overall would still rate a 10/10.

Came down for SXSW. Perfect location to all the festivities (about 10-15 mins from all the action, even with all the event traffic). Price was reasonable for the special tourist weekend. LOVED the bar (they gave free happy hour drink vouchers)! LOVED the breakfast arrangements (definitely sets the bar high with continental styled breakfast) get down there early it gets busy and packed quick. Room (suite) was perfectly sized for a family of 4, everyone had space. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temp was just right. Room service was decent, I hate paying for room service, though.

Disliked hardly anything. If I was to nit-pick, didn't like paying to park (but it was less than $25 for two nights, so not really complaining, I've paid worst). Also the candy in the snack shop was like $4...that was crazy but typical for a hotel concession store or something you would see at an airport. So I suggest that folks go to the gas station down the street for your late night snacks. Other than that, nothing much to complain about. Just needed a place to lay my head after walking around SXSW, that wouldn't have cost an arm, leg, and two toes or left us with any little buggy friends. Got more than expected, LOVED our stay!
