Location close to UT campus which we were at most of the time. Staff member was extremely helpful as I had multiple bookings and helped me with checking my cousin and family into a room.

The breakfast was great and so was the server. It was very quiet and we slept well even though the room had to be changed due to dirty bedding. But one of the attendants took care of it speedily.

When we first arrived and got to our room we stripped the bed and to our horror was a huge yellow urine stain on the mattress. We took a picture of it and went back downstairs to ask for a different room. Once of the hotel attendants asked did we find it that way or did we strip the bed? I didn't understand her asking that question because it shouldn't matter how I found it. It was evident that some time ago an animal or human peed the bed and it was not even steam cleaned. The other attendant accomodated us well however. And it turned out good

The location was very easy to access from anywhere we traveled. The Guest service, Melissa, was very helpful and quite cheerful to work with. She was able to help set up our room location close to our other family members. The hotel was very well laid out and easy to find our way around. Melissa and the other lobby/bistro staff were exceptional!!

The ice machine on our floor was not working.

This hotel was good for the price! Ample parking for no additional cost was a big benefit for a location so close to downtown. Uber to 4th street was only about $15 even at peak times. It’s definitely no frills but it was clean and had the amenities needed for a quick weekend trip. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful!

My main recommendation would be to add a trash can in the bathroom! The smell also was a little off but I noticed the hotel was pet friendly so that could explain. Also our door was very hard to open but we eventually figured it out. You can tell it was an outdated hotel that got a recent quick upgrade but for the cost and location it gets the job done!

The staff (Front Desk and Dinning/Coffee counter) were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay happier than other places we have stayed at.

We had to call the Front Desk at 2am because of the parties going on by college students both on a Friday and Saturday night. We could hear loud music, people in the hallway and the college students being a little obnoxious. I also heard banging on the wall from the bed in the room next door (young people having sex).

The daytime front desk receptionist, Jackie, was amazing! It was so wonderful to walk into the lobby and see her smiling face and bubbly personality. She was always working really hard to accommodate all of the guests - all while keeping a big smile! How refreshing!

Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. I also wish they had tea along with the coffee in the room.

The hotel had all the necesary facilities. The coffee bar was great for breakfast, and the staff was quick and helpful. The room was just as described, and they had full sized soap, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfy, and the room was quiet and not too hot, air conditioner worked great. Is close tho downtown by car and near main highways.

The entrance can be dismissed if one is not paying attention. The hotel is not visible from the road. A sign before the actual entrance to the parking lot would be helpful.

The property was great location if you are attending anything at the Moody Center. I did enjoy the front desk attendant! She was very informative and really nice. She was working when we checked in on Tuesday around 6 ish.

I didn’t like that some of the aspects of the hotel was more renovated than the other.

Location was ideal for my needs

Shower was in bad shape. Most of the water leaked out of the spigot and never made it to the shower head. Disappointing at this price point
