It was ok just mediocre.

The desk clerk that checked us in last night was rude. She didn’t speak to us and I ask her if I could use a different credit card than the one I made the reservation with and she immediately said “NO, you’ve already paid” and I told her I hadn’t paid yet. So she looked at the computer and said “ oh you hadn’t, so I guess you can. Never apologized for being so short with me later she sat down on a stool and stared at me. My husband can vouch for me as he was right beside me and made a comment to me about how rude she was.

Julie the front desk employee ( 7am-3pm ) greeted me as soon as I walk through the door. She had a smile and engaged in conversation. I had to call the hotel prior because I got lost and she gave excellent directions was very helpful . I had a hard time navigating the TV system Netflix to look at the Texans and Ravens game (12-25-24 ) and Julie came to the room and helped, she also Informed me of breakfast schedule. Thank you Julie for being my GPS and A All around great person. Thank you.

The bath tub water didn't drain properly But other than that everything was great

Room was quiet (even being right there on a busy highway), clean and bed was comfortable. 5 pillows on the bed! Shower was awesome! Strong pressure and hot! Nicely displayed towels. We did not use it, but there was a nice business center. The breakfast area was also awesome! Lots of space, Great variety of fresh food - very good. Biscuits & gravy, fresh scrambled eggs, sausage links, oatmeal and toppings, pancake machine, juice, yogurt machine and toppings, 3 dry cereals, fresh muffins and other pastries, bread and toaster, coffee bar. I did not see any fresh fruit, but we might have missed it, getting down there around 8:30. The cook / housekeeper was very friendly and personable. She kept the tables wiped, and even wiped down the area above the milk cooler! There was a pool and work-out room, but we did not use either.

When I made our reservation, the pictures showed laminate flooring instead of carpet, which I would have preferred. Instead, we had carpet. I did not realize when I made the reservation that there was - no elevator! I suppose next time we will ask to have a ground-level room. My husband said the landing step was slightly taller than the other steps probably because of the tile added to the concrete. Because of that, he almost tripped.

Location was near the facility I was visiting in Brenham. Room was generous size. We appreciated having a mini fridge. We were granted early arrival for a fee which allowed us to freshen up prior to leaving for an appointment. Our room was on first floor which was better for my limited mobility. The breakfast was great with large variety of offerings. The attendant was very helpful and accommodating!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Breakfast was excellent location was fine as well. Was disappointed in booking because attendant didn't know about the cut rate given to people attending the event that I was attending. Therefore I booked through a third party to get a cheaper rate. And found out once I arrived that I could have had a cheaper rate. She couldn't give me a discount because I booked through a third party. All attendance need to know about all discounts being given or group rates

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great and the parking lot was easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were several bags of crushed beer cans by the pool that never got picked up during the stay.

My mother and I had ventured on a road trip to see the bluebonnets. Upon arrival, I asked the staff about where the bluebonnets were and was given very complete directions and farm road numbers. These directions were perfect and we enjoyed our drive out in the country.

We were nervous at first because it is an Inn, but really liked the cleanliness and updated features... The staff was amazing and answered all of our questions... The pool was refreshing... Breakfast was nice and the beds were comfortable...

N/A... Will be coming back next time we visit Brenham...

The beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent. Better then the pressure at home. The ac kicked butt! Breakfast was ok I was shocked at how good the biscuits and gravy were. When we were about to go swimming one of the men employees volunteered to skim the pool to get all the bugs out which was very nice. Our last day there we got to breakfast when it was clean up time. The women let us grab some plates before putting everything away which was also nice. We loved that there is a microwave in the room. And the mini fridge also came in handy.

The room had a mildew smell to it. So strong that I ended up buying an air freshener for our room. The carpet seemed dirty and there was an old m&m left on the floor from who knows when.

The location was good - it was very close to the Blue Bell Factory. I like the size of the room and the ammenities. Sizeable mini fridge and a nice seating area with a couch.

No late checkout was available, and that was really annoying. The pool was nice, but the spa/fountain area was really gross. It had clearly not been maintained and had a bunch of debris in it and was green.
