We liked the location, staff very friendly ,breakfast was great , and breakfast attendant for sweet, rooms were clean except bathroom. And very cold we loved that.

Our bathroom had toilet paper trash under the very bottom of sink on the floor., our bed was just our blankets tossed up and folded.the lobby and halls were hot and the pool area the floor were dirty it wS extremely hot and I had gross hair of all different colors on me we got out of the pool quickly.

The staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly, our room was amazing and surprisingly bigger than we expected, our room got ice cold how we like it instantly. Our bed was firm but comfy, sheets smelled brand new! The walk in shower was amazing and everything was clean and fresh, the soap does dry out the skin but still smelled good either way it was citrus scented. Sadly we missed breakfast but they do have drinks and snacks for purchase

The location is a bit awkward you have to go through many intersections to get to the hotel, it will be packed if you don't get there early, sadly breakfast is only until 9am on weekdays, the soap kinda was drying of the skin but there was lotion so it worked out

We have booked this property 4 times in 4 years and find it has a great free breakfast, it’s clean and well situated to the circuit of Americas.

There was nothing we didn’t like except for the fact that this stay was booked in January and because of an error of booking.com we nearly didn’t have a room. We booked for 4 nights for the motorcycle races in Austin and when we arrived we were told that we were not booked in at that hotel, luckily I had all the confirmation paperwork with me so I could prove I had booked it, we ended up getting the only room left available and that was because someone had cancelled the day before, but it was not the room I had booked and they wanted to charge me more for a (less) room.

Your toilets are very low. When I made my reservation I asked for a handicapped bathroom. My wife had both knees replaced. I was told that ALL the toilet seats were the same height. I wint to Lowe's and purchased a toilet seat extender for $50. It would be nice if you had extenders for disabled. Cheaper option than replacing toilets with either 17" or 22" toilets.

Everything else was good.

The room was clean, nice, and very comfortable. Check in and check out process was easy, and it's mostly quiet at night. Breakfast had good variety for a hot breakfast. For a single night's stay, it exceeded my expectations.

The room wasn't ready when I checked in, but they quickly finished up so I could get settled. There was a couple of loud bangs in the middle of the night, but I am assuming it was another guest who dropped something. The curtains couldn't be drawn completely over the window, so I had streetlights shining in my face all night.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was very nice.

The only detail that I didn't like was that the staff didn't tell me that from Monday to Thursday breakfast is from 6 to 9 am. I arrived to have breakfast on Monday at 9:30 and it was already closed, I had to go out with the whole family to spend extra at a restaurant. The sign with the hours wasn't very clear.

Very clean, our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and i liked that there was a view of all the hallways and all the parking spaces that was very well lit. They had cameras everywhere and the breakfast was good for its value.

The pool was very dated and smelled weird. Like if bleach or cleaner was used to mask a foul smell. I wouldn’t recommend the pool area.

Clean room. Decent breakfast with very pleasant attendant. Comfortable bed. They were steam cleaning lobby carpet while we were there so I think they do a good job on cleanlinesd.

Our AC wasn't working well. After our first night (stayed 2), we did not get resupply of shampoo and conditioner. When I asked at desk, they gave me more . Old person complaint: shampoo and conditioner bottles tiny and too hard to squeeze with my arthritic hands. Need a softer plastic.

Our room was clean and neat. Needed more towels but the front desk was happy to provide me with one.

Lights should stay on where breakfast is served. We went for my daughter's dance competition but arrived after 8pm. We went to get dinner but didn't have a table area to sit and eat cause lights were turned off. We couldn't take advantage of the free breakfast due to breakfast being served at 7am on weekends. In my opinion...at least coffee, pastries and cereal should be available at 6am 7 days a week.

Good basic breakfast to get the morning started.

Staff person keeping the breakfast buffet filled, was a bit abrupt with some customers. He is there to assist the customers, not correct them on what his expectation was for customers. E.g he stated to a customer on the fact that they should have told him that something was needed, rather than just assisting them. He felt the need to "correct" customers on more than one occasion. A bit more friendly service could have been given in the breakfast area. My wife came down after I did and she observed the same thing without me saying a word to her.
