Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Especially liked the mini waffle maker. Beds, bathroom, and shower were clean which is always important to me. I would recommend

There was only one elevator working and the halls were hot and humid. You really felt it when you had to wait for the elevator. Also our room was on the warm side. Woke up a few times to adjust temp. Also, there were two ottomans in the room which took up space. One would be better. Would still recommend.

The area was great. Next door to restaurants and shopping centers. Staff were very friendly. I was really impressed with having a welcome on the tv with my name.

Toilet was a bit low(not really anything you can do differently), tub creaked (sounded like plastic popping), hallway was super hot! And only one elevator working at the time.

Breakfast had lots of cold and hot options and plenty of space. Location was near I-35 and convenient.

We requested 1 handicapped accessible room and 1 regular room close together. We received 2 regular rooms, no handicapped room and one on 2nd floor and one on fourth floor. My father had to go down to the Lobby to use a bathroom with handicapped equiped.

Breakfast was hot and fresh.The presentation of the food was neat and clean.They had a variety of hot and cold breakfast items.My family really enjoy breakfast.

It was accessible to the highway and to nearby stores. The room was comfortable and accommodating with proper amenities.

They had containers for toiletries but they were not filled thus the need to purchase some were required. They should be taken out if they are not to be filled.

We rented a King with the sofa pull out. The bed and sofa pull out were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of sheets and towels whenever we asked. The breakfast was great and the tables/chairs were clean.

Well you can't change the size of the pool, but we expected something better since the hotel was super nice inside. It was a regular pool.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is modern (about 5 years old) and I really liked the layout of the bathroom with the large shower and the suite with king bed, built in desk, sofa, 2 ottomans and portable desk/table. Continental breakfast was excellent. We have never stayed at a Hampton Inn that wasn't nice.

The low toilet was a little unusual, but I understand you have to accommodate little ones too. I am used to my 17 inch high toilets.

The property was very clean in an amazing location near Walmart, an H-E-B and many restaurants to choose from. All within 5mins depending on traffic. Check in was fast and easy and the staff friendly beyond measure. As of now this will be my go to stay place when in Kyle!

Didn’t have room service while I was there 3 nights. plenty of towels clean room (just maybe stop by to pick up garbage. ) However I did see staff on the floor working hard every day …… thankyou !!

Well lit parking lot. Nice lobby, very nice staff, Nice room, nice bathroom, bathtub was immaculate. Great bath, all very clean, very comfortable. Fast quiet elevator. Good variety for breakfast. Lots of coffee. Overall I was very satisfied, no complaints.
