the location was really good! quiet area around everything gas station next door super convenient (:

the room was great! the bathroom door was double door very odd when you closed it you could see right in the middle of it! the lighting was also confusing has a switch a few times before we figured it out lol

Location was easy to get to and very convenient to get back on to the interstate. The manager was very nice and easy to talk with. He seemed very happy with his hotel. This hotel accepts pet and the pet deposit was very reasonable. Rooms were a good size.

There was a problem with our toilet but he had a work around til the maintenance could be reached.

King bed, kitchenette.

Since I was in the room they would not clean but did give me clean towels when i asked the first day. Second day they didn't even knock on my door. No soap to wash dishes. Had to clean microwave before I could use. Had to wait to check out at 6 because of running updates...this should be done 1 or 2 in the morning in my opinion.

Both Messrs Patel and the front desk clerks were very friendly and accomodating during our stay. The hotel cleaning ladies were very friendly and accomodating also. They have excellent customer service skills.

The pool area was subpar and the pool water was murky. I was scared to get in it. There was only one set of lounge, tanning chairs at the pool also and we really needed those as we were guests for almost 2 weeks. Also, we couldn't grill out which would have been nice considering we were extended stay guests. There is an area that could be used for that. Perhaps in the future they will bring those amenities up to par.

optimal location, extremely clean rooms and facilities. staff was friendly but not super talkative.

my only thing is I wish the housekeeping service was on a schedule, as we had a dog with us and attempted to take her out of the room with us when we requested maid service to make things easier.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. I like the layout of the deluxe room--great table and seating to get work done. The bathroom is a good layout--enough counter space and drawers-- and large shower with seat. Kitchenette with full-size fridge and ironing board/iron in room are a plus too. I didn't use the laundry room or workout room, but these amenities would also be useful for an extended stay.

The elevator was briefly out of order when we got back to the room one evening, but it was explained that the repair people had to get a part. The elevator was fixed by the time we returned to our room the following day. I'm sure for some folks, that might have been an issue--but no big deal for us. We didn't enounter anything else on the property that was not working, and all appeared to be well kept up.

Location, value, cleanliness of room, and comfort. The staff was very helpful.

The common areas, for example, the halls could have been a bit cleaner.

Staff was great. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable beds, great view from our room and loved having a kitchen!

Hallways had a strong smell but thankfully not in our room.
