The hotel is very nice, quite and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, with every amenity you can dream of. The staff is very helpful as well, they helped me with a lost package that should have been delivered there. Pool and backyard are a nice addition. There is a laundry available

The breakfast is a little underwhelming, I don't know if that's the case for other US hotels, only omelette, sausage and different kind of fries as savory(salty)options. This doesn't mean it wasn't nice. The rooms do not have a light in the center, you rely on lamps. Windows do not open In the last days there was a bad smell coming from AC.

Staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Even though there were a lot of kids there for some sort of sports activity it was quiet. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the greatest but I have had worse. I would highly recommend.

The breakfast was a little lacking. The eggs were overdone on the outside but runny inside. Fruit was overripe.

Shampoos body wash, etc was the best . It all smelled very clean 👌 Josh was great .. bfast lady was wonderful Bbq area was great . The evening gentleman was friendly

rooms were not ready on time . If you don't call ahead of time, the room is not guaranteed to be ready at 4 pm .. My friend cked at 330 and at 430, but I'm still not ready . He had to leave . Very upsetting . The pool was very, very dirty, lots of alge and green stuff under the pool. Plastic bags just floating. It didn't stop the kids from getting in, but it was not the best My friend had a very ugly discussion with the night shift ppl .

I loved everything about this property. I will only stay here in the future when visiting the Austin area. Even those needing access to Austin must consider this Cedar Park area. Get out of the fray for a perfect stay! It’s minutes from wherever you need to be and there is no better facility or staff anywhere!

The room need to be cleanes everyday. I stayed for 2 night's but the trash didn't get picked up. What l rememeber is there was a fallen "Don't Disturb" sign.They atleast need to ask to pick up the trash

There were plenty of options for breakfast. The time it was available was perfect too. Spacious eating area.

The only downside to our stay was another guest on our floor smoking marijuana and the smell in the hallway. Luckily we were far enough away from them that it didn't impact our sleep.

Breakfast: Loved the Texas shaped waffles but could’ve had more variety in cereals and pastries. Room: Very happy with suite. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very helpful with the accommodation being kept to a very high standard. We can not in any way find anything that we could find fault with. Needless to say we would go back tomorrow if we could.

I own my own cleaning company and I service several airbnbs, so to see the top notch cleanliness in the room, bathroom and living room area I was impressed. Good job you guys! We will stay at your hotels again!
