Location, location, location just awesome! The balcony view was great the 2 bars were very convenient I didn't have to leave the hotel for cocktails which is a plus

Well the parking we had to pay for each day, 2 day stay cost 25 dollars if you don't your vehicle will be towed immediately unacceptable the hotel needs to come up with a better plan for parking to accommodate their guests. I could not enjoy the balcony view at night the balcony light stays on all night no on and off switch gets very hot with it on.

Hearing front desk Saturday speak to guest rudley. There was already a language barrier and she just kept repeating herself telling him it is ur 3rd party booking.com issue they hv refund u. He was confused because he had conf.nxt time b more customer oriented offer a solution to near by property instead of NO ROOMS CANT HELP U, NOT OUR FAULT!!

The location is perfect. We had a balcony room with beach view and it was great! Room was quiet, clean and had great A/C with cold air, beds were so comfortable, microwave and small fridge in room. Ice down the hall. This room had a bath tub with plenty of hot water! Full size soaps, shampoo and lotions available, not the travel size! Big screen TV but we did not need the TV! There is also coffee and fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Great pool area with bar. Nice patio area around pool and hotel. Staff were so friendly also.

There is a cute shop inside the lobby that opens at 7:00 am but we had to find a staff member to open the door. Same with the restaurant. We had to find a staff member. They seem short staffed which is sad for a nice hotel.

Alot of pillows on the bed very comfortable bed, sofa bed was comfortable, room was very spacious. Bathroom was nice great towels, comes with hand soap, lotion, body soap, shampoo and conditioner.Strong water pressure in the shower. The location on the beach is very nice. The tv in this room worked great and had alot of channels.

Ordered a frozen Margarita at the inside bar came in a 10 oz glass for $12 then also ordered from the Sand Bar 12 oz plastic cup $12. Noticed other customers ordering drinks prices just seemed over priced to me.

The location

Booking made a mistake in my reservation. I had booked an Ocean View but it’s not what the hotel had from booking. I tried to call booking, I was on hold for at least 20 minutes. Fortunately another lady came to the front desk and gave me the ocean view room I had on my reservation. I sent a message to booking but they never replied. Mistakes happen, that’s not the problem but customer service was not good from booking. The hotel was very good and the staff too.

Perfect location! Friendliest staff! Always see staff keeping lobby clean and being pet friendly is awesome! My doggo loves the staff always telling him hi and we always feel at home there. Thank you!

only negative feedback which is probably due to expenses is getting in the room the temperature is always warm so it takes a bit of time to cool down given the rooms are big (which is a good thing) but this may be just my personal preference. Always a perfect stay here :)

Location, comfort, cleanliness, housekeeping, friendly staff. Well staffed.

They need more hangers in the bathroom and shower area. This is a beach location and there is nothing to hang wet clothes on in the bathroom. They need to have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I got up to watch the sunrise on the beach. The restaurant is not open until 7. They are set up in the lobby for coffee but no one made it and I got a cup of cold day old coffee. I wanted to avoid going all the way up to my room and wake everyone one up making coffee. Most Hotels have complementary coffee the morning starting at least at 6 am. I ask them about it and they said after 11 am but it was never made that day.

I loved everything about the property. Very clean, nice and friendly staff! Amazing food!

Our only problem was if the power is out somewhere on the island, all the power is out on the island. It was out for a majority of our stay but even than, the hotel accepted it and said we’d get a partial refund. It was great!

We chose the hotel because it was on the beach. You cannot beat the location. The island has grown since our last trip. there is a variety of restaurants outside of the hotel, on the island. The weather was great!

We did not like the blotches of oil located throughout the beach. The patches were small but the grand kids all managed to come into contact with the dots of oil. Otherwise, we had no compliants

The location and the view can’t be beat and they allow pets. The staff is pleasant, rooms are spacious and clean, if a bit worn. The beds are very comfortable. This was our second stay at this hotel.

This was our second time staying here , several months apart and oddly both stays had a period of posted hours each day where the water is completely cut off. They put up a sign in the elevator warning of the hours ahead of time, but it is still rather inconvenient and unexpected. Were we just unlucky or is this a daily occurrence? Also we had a cheap coffee maker in the room that didn’t work and leaked all over. They did replace it with a nice Keurig for the second morning.
