The king suite was just what we needed for an 8 night stay with sink , microwave ,coffee machine and fridge with separate seating and TV area. It was close to the highway but not noisy and close to the Stockyards and Dickies Arena.

The breakfast room staff during the week did not keep the hot food replenished often enough meaning if you wanted something cooked other than cereal and toast you had to get up early, not what you want when on holiday and to insult guests further they were seen stocking up the hot food after the breakfast room was closed to guests so the staff could have hot food .However I have to stress that the weekend staff kept everything stocked up right until the end of the breakfast time slot and were also more pleasant.

Room was great loved having a separate sitting room, although the furniture is very uncomfortable (couch, chair). The breakfast was very good, everything fresh and tasty. The pool was wonderful. We loved the rocking chairs out front. Loved having our morning coffee out there. The shuttle service was great and the driver was so nice!

The sitting room furniture is terribly uncomfortable. It looked new, but wasn’t picked for comfort. We were there for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to track down clean towels every day on our own.

1. The free shuttle to the Stockyards is a special bonus. The route to/from requires local knowledge and the shuttle removes what would otherwise be a barrier to that significant attraction. 2. We were able, with Mark’s help, to check in 2 hours early. He made our day with that kind assistance. 3. Nice exercise room, but the directional sign on the wall points the wrong way and sends you down the wrong hallway.

4. I say this about many of the hotels/motels we stay in: Most of the guests are couples with more than one suitcase between them. Why only one luggage rack? Why only one chair (Usually the desk chair) suitable for relaxing/reading? A hassock is not a reading chair.

The rooms were nice and spacious with the extra lounge area and 2nd television. The beds were super comfortable. There is a great Mexican restaurant right next door. They also have a swimming pool for hot days. The free carpark was very convenient too. They also have a free shuttle bus to and from the Stockyards and Billy Bobs. It doesn't run on Sundays though. They have a self service laundry available which is coin operated. The breakfast offered is simple but nice.

The cars on the freeway were a little noisey during the night but you get used to them.

The location was perfect - a five minute drive to Stockyards (around $11 with an Uber), parking costs $20 at the Stockyards for 24 hours. Plenty of free parking at the hotel which is a major plus and a lovely Mexican restaurant next door. Rooms and hotel in general clean and well equipped. Free WiFi was strong in the rooms. Nice, clean pool area.

Breakfast was unusual. Plastic plates and cutlery, very little food choice, no sugar for two days, porridge in packets for you to microwave yourself and, on the first day, mushroom soup! Tasty enough but an odd offering for breakfast! It was included in the room rate so OK but I certainly wouldn't have paid extra for it.

Great location for the Stockyards! Right off the highway so traffic is a little loud at times but not too bad. Hotel offers a free shuttle bus after 6pm but otherwise it’s only around $7 in an Uber as not in walking distance. Room was a great size, fully equipped with comfy beds, fridge and microwave and a shortage lounge area. Breakfast was good considering it’s included and certainly enough to keep you going. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even gave us complimentary concert tickets for Billy Bob’s which would have otherwise cost us $40 general admission. Right next door is a Mexican restaurant so on our last night we chose to have a couple of drinks there instead of venturing out. 7-Eleven is just a couple of mins away too if you need to grab some supplies. Would def stay here again if we returned to Texas as although it’s not right in the heart of all the action, the competitive pricing makes it worth the Uber journeys compared to the prices in the Stockyards.

Very close to the Stockyards, nicely renovated room. Rooms not serviced daily but that was ok as plenty of linen is provided Breakfast is sufficient There is a coin laundry

There is a small kitchenette in the room with a microwave, small sink and fridge (no freezer) but there are no cutlery or plates. Paper cups for the coffee machine - two people in room but only one serve of coffee ! And we stayed three nights , went and asked for more coffee and was given 2 more . No tea towel etc. Pool area is OK - outdoor pool furniture is very worn and not really very clean.

Breakfast was the best part. They had a pancake machine, french toast, egg, muffins, yogurt, coffee, milk, three types of juice, etc. You name it, they probably had it. Location was pretty good too.

No sheers in our room so you couldn't let the light in without people seeing into your room, the return air vent was blocked by the bedroom door and was missing a screw so every time the fan turned off, the vent banged against the door, there was black stuff blowing out of the vent over the kitchenette area. View backed up to some storage containers and the highway, not the greatest.

Staff were friendly our room was very nice and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was pleasant. Location was very good too.

No kettle in our room as we like to make tea, so had to make it in the microwave. Also one night when we were coming back someone was sat by the entrance heating something in a spoon over a flame which looked like drugs to me. We weren’t impressed with that, we don’t like drugs and it sets a bad example for the hotel. The swimming pool floor was very gritty to stand on, but the water was nice.

Do hotel, em si. Breakfast Just ok. The hotel IS ok.... But....

They charged me there times, one pre authorized on my Visa Wise card and two times in my Mastercards (Black and Platinum). I don't know why or How It happened, But stressed me a Lot. Came back and stayed in The same hotel to talk with The manager, But I couldn't. The Man in The reception told me It would bê refunded in 3 tô 7 Days, But It didn't. I think, now It hás Been refunded, But It was not a good experience.
