We stayed at the Springhill for a full week. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was generous and offered a different selections each day. A special touch is the iced tea, lemonade and cold water dispensers in the lobby, offering a complimentary drink when you come in from the heat. Located within walking distance to the Stockyards and a short Uber ride to downtown. The rooftop bar was relaxing and had great food and service.

This is my second stay in this hotel and I love it. It's conveniently located in the Stockyard area (short walk to everything). The beds are super comfortable, rooms are clean, the entire facility is clean and well maintained. I love that I can park my own car in an attached parking lot without valet, although valet is available for those who want it. Entry to the building requires a key (other than the main entrance) so that makes me feel safe while I'm there. The rooftop restaurant/bar is really nice too since I usually arrive late after meetings and don't feel like wandering around looking for food, plus I can get a glass of wine (it is a fully stocked bar). Finally, the breakfast is a good and has the basics in a self serve format. I highly recommend this hotel and will return when I'm working in the area.

I liked everything, but would love it if they had a Keurig coffee maker in the guest rooms so I could bring my own coffee. A coffee maker and coffee is provided, but I prefer my own brew.

It was a great location for visiting the Stockyards. We were there on a Sunday night so it wasn’t too busy. It was very clean, parking was easy and decor was fitting for the area. They made it very easy to check in, park and unload luggage. The pool area was nice, nothing fancy but relaxing. Room was large, clean and had a fridge with extra waters.

We wanted to see the balcony they show in the pictures on the roof but that is part of a restaurant open during certain hours. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, in fact my husband brought me a muffin and it was hard as a rock. Overall, worth the stay.

This was an amazing hotel! Fabulous rooms, perfect location, walking distance to everything! Great variety for breakfast, including delicious hot food choices.

The ONLY complaint I had is that the shower is glass and there’s no curtain. If someone is showering, no one else can enter the bathroom. I would recommend either a curtain or divider in that area.

Close to the Stockyard but also nicely away from the noise. Very nice hotel, nice clean rooms, very nice breakfast options. Very friendly and kind staff.

Sofa bed for our 3rd adult to sleep on was stained (seat cushion) and too firm (it lacked comfort). The pullout bed at the bottom was very low to the ground and seemed smaller, as if for a child.

The hotel is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The upstairs lounge is really cool with views of the surrounding area and the service was great as well. I also appreciated the security in the building and parking lot, which requires a key to open multiple doors other than the main entry door where an attendant sees everyone entering. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

We loved the location and the cleanliness. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop bar was great as well. The pool is very small, not heated and very few lounge chairs surround by tall walls. I would also not waste the money for a balcony room. The furniture on the balcony needs replacing, at least the cushions.

Location and room was nice.

TV was not easily seen by other queen bed. It was too far away. Also, the valet attendant made me walk to him and hand him my keys and then he just stood there and I said do I need to park the car and he said no he would. When we came out to get the car, he was gone. Not sure the reason but we had to wait 10 minutes to get the car pulled around. Just not very good customer service. It was the same guy when I arrived and when I left.

The price per night, i understand the location and the attraction, but if you're going to charge so much per night then the lobby store doesn't need to be marked up so high. $12 for 1 beer and 1 soda plus a $480 per night room...thats ridiculous atleast get better pillows like memory foam, something other than feather filled.

loved the location to the Stock Yards. The hotel was easy to find and had a good car park. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the rooftop bar. breakfast was also very nice.

I had a problem with my booking and got charged for a no show unnecessary. It took a long time to work out what went wrong and why I was charged. I am still waiting for a refund on one room.
