I booked the hotel to arrive one day later. Due to a change in plans, the Plains Historical Museum in Canyon, Texas is closed, I tried changing my reservation at the Courtyard Marriott to one day earlier. Your customer service is terrible only to be exceeded in bad service by the Marriott customer service. The result is I will tell everyone I know about the absolutely horrible experience and not use Bookingss or Marriott again. Both of these companies forget people still have choices.

Clean and comfortable hotel with nicely decorated common areas. Friendly staff at front desk. Great location, easily walkable to all Ft. Worth Stockyard activities. Directly across street from Billy Bob's. Rooms were clean and spacious and we had a good view from upper floors. Beds, linens and pillows were great. Bathroom was clean and spacious. This is an excellent choice for a hotel near the Stockyards.

I don't understand why they charged a mandatory 20 dollars for valet parking. Seemed excessive with no extra value added.

We felt so welcomed during our stay here, from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Ty at the front desk who greeted us with a great attitude every single day. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience even better. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to the Fort Worth Stockyards and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again!

Good location, nice bright room, nice pool area.

Hotel staff wasn't overly eager to be helpful. I was generally disappointed in Ft Worth old town. All about cowboy attire and country music. Country music played on the streets over loudspeakers. The twice daily "cattle drive" was approx. ten longhorn steer accompanied by a few cowboys on horseback ambling slowly along the main street for ten minutes. Kind of silly. We had great steak at Cattleman's.

We loved the location, and the staff was wonderful. The rooms are very nice. Upon check-in, we received two tickets for Billy Bob's, which was nice.

We didn't like that you're expected to pay a valet. We chose to do self park, and the valet staff seemed annoyed by our decision. They sell breakfast there we would have liked complimentary fruit or bagel and coffee. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, so of course we bought Starbucks every day for 3 days. I had a Starbucks gift certificate, and the Starbucks in the hotel doesn't accept it.

Blissfully comfortable bed. Great location although not super sound-proofed against traffic noise. Appreciated being able to check in early after 15 hour flight. Easy and cheap to get to ($2)! from DFW airport using train and dedicated and beautifully themed Stockyards bus. Great start to our US holiday.

Pricey when converted to weak Aussie $ (but it was Thanksgiving so it may be more affordable at different times)

The place was very close to the Stockyards without all the noise at night. It was very clean and the front desk staff was exceptional! Highly recommended this hotel

The only negative I can come up with is, it only has valet parking. I really enjoyed the convenience of this, but some may not.

This is in an ideal location. It is located right in the Fort Worth Stockyards. It was very clean, and the service was amazing. Everybody was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is very noisy outside as it is located in a busy area

The staff were all amazing so friendly and kind. They treated out entire family that booked over 10 rooms amazing My nephew stayed as well and he Is a country music artist and I witnessed the respect they gave him! Thank you !! I will definitely be back!

Parking. The entrance and exits were hard to maneuver and the signs made it hard for big pick up trucks to not run over.

The location is right next to the Ft. Worth Stockyards. This was the only plus in my opinion.

The pool was shut down, even though the adds claimed it would be open. The mattress was very filthy. We didn't see the dirt and human hairs on the mattress till our departure date. 😡
