It was one of the best stays that we have had at a hotel; from excellent and caring staff to unique and interesting things to do at the hotel. The food choices at the hotel were great, the complimentary breakfast was good with a decent amount of choices.

I wish that I could add some changes that the property could make to add more value to the hotel stay but I believe it would unnecessarily increase the cost of the stay, one of the other good things about the stay was the value of what you received for the cost to stay there

The layout of the hotel was nice. Very retro cool yet warm and inviting

The owner/management is way too strict.. fire pit was on a timer, ft desk personnel, older black lady was so adamant that the pool/hot tub was closed at 11pm... Everything seemed perfect with no room for flexibility. Who has a fire pit in the winter on a timer?? I just thought overall, it was a controlled too much. The video games shut down.. it's like when we say it's over .IT IS OVER, NOW GO TO BED.

The staff was nice and Gabriel at the front desk was the best !! Breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were good!! Kids loved the putting green and ping pong, the balcony was a good part at the end of the hot day

Really good sized room and bathroom. Excellent and functional walk in shower with body wash and shampoo/conditioner on wall. Comfortable settee with nice little dining tables.

For me the bed was a little soft and there was some traffic noise. These were minor overall as we liked this hotel.

This is by far the very best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel you are welcome and at home. All staff are friendly, and want to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Everything is very clean, and comfortable. The room was Amazing! Perfect stay oh and the food was real, and not just frozen. Lots of choices and delicious. Thank you! I will be back

I can't think of anything I didn't like

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is stocked with all the little details to make your stay a great one.

Surprise deposit due which cost more than the room itself. However, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating and discounted the deposit to less than half the original price to ensure I didn't need to cancel my stay.

It was a really great stay and experience! Breakfast was good! The staff is really friendly. We loved the bar and hot tub! The cleaning staff is AMAZING! We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room! I usually find something to critique, but not this time. Would absolutely book again if in that area!

I loved the sliding glass door to bathroom. However, it was disturbing when someone used it in the night. It was right across from the bed and the light would wake me p nightly. Maybe try a solid door.

Very clean! Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool, and just very relaxed and safe place The shades on the windows kept it dark for sleeping very well

Everything was great!

Rooms were very spacious and clean. There was an ice machine on every floor and the included breakfast was great and varied.

The hotel itself was a little far away from everything and the traffic was always bad. It’s tucked away and we ended up missing our exit a few times at night so we had to circle back.
