I enjoyed the space of the room and the high ceilings. Most hotel rooms I've been in are cramped. I loved the breakfast scones. Staff was very friendly. At first I wasn't too keen to be on the first floor but actually enjoyed how close I was to breakfast area and my car.

The fridge in room 104 was loud and woke me up. I unplugged the microwave by mistake but when I plugged the microwave back in it made a beeping sound. So I unplugged the microwave and fridge and slept well. The highway noise was minimal.

Went to a concert at Winstar, this hotel is in an excellent location for going there and back, 5 minutes. The hotel and staff were perfect. Our room was on the freeway side, so there was highway noise, not too terrible, but noticeable. . The breakfast was hot and good with plenty of selections.

The biggest issue we had was the bed was so uncomfortable, it appeared to have a low spot on each side with the center visibly higher, and the pillows were non-existent, two pillows barely raised your head above shoulder level when sleeping on your side. The price was raised almost 200.00 due to the event, because the previous Saturday the rates were 172.00 not 372.00

Staff let us know there were no Ubers over state line for the casino, and gave us list of taxis, which was nice, what they didn’t tell me was the fact that the taxi services were not dependable late at night after the concert was over, just enough time to have a couple drinks after the concert, caused my spouse and I to be stuck at casino until 3:30 in the morning, where we were lucky enough to get one of the casino bus drivers to give us a ride home in his POV. Not sure if this the hotels fault, but I am sure this happens all the time for a hotel this close to the casino.

Property was in good location of where my events were and it was a nice hotel with friendly staff

Although room appeared to be clean at first glance it was not. There were pretzels on bathroom floor not a lot but still and hair that wasn’t mine in bathroom shower. So I cleaned bathroom myself. And asked for room to be cleaned. I stayed for three nights and asked to have my room cleaned and was told they don’t clean rooms for two night stays I stayed three nights but ok they brought cleans towels up.

Fairly easy to get to from I-35. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was good and there were some healthier options. The hotel appearance was clean and the room was very comfortable. We had a walk-in shower that was very nice.

While the property is convenient to the interstate, we could hear the traffic. It didn't keep us awake, but it was noticeable.

The newness. The design. The desk in the room. I like the chair, it was very comfortable, but it could use some wheels; hard to move nearer to the desk. The first morning breakfast served feta, egg, spinach frittatas. These were tasty and healthier than the biscuit egg sandwiches that were served the other mornings. I try not to eat wheat or sugar because my feet swell when I do.

Breakfast was good hotel seemed to be understaffed I know the policy has changed but it would still be nice to have a chair in the room besides the desk chair this is especially nice for seniors to have a place to sit

Having another chair in room there used to be a chair in the corner of room by the window in corner by the lamp

Very clean rooms and facility. Nice location and very well lit and spacious parking lot. Very courteous and helpful staff. There's an inside pool but didn't check it out. We were passing by and stayed only one night. Breakfast was good had pretty good choices for being a quick breakfast. Great pillows n beds.

I'm a really lite sleeper and I asked for a first floor room. My husband is handicap and we got the last room toward the highway and the facility being so quiet at night I could here the big trucks passing. Other than that it was great.

Staff super helpful and attentive and answered all our questions. Room was huge an spacious

Rates were extremely high due to a concert at local casino. Room smelled of wet carpet due to disable access bathtub but was very stuff and smelled of mildew and unpleasantness. Was not able to change rooms due to full house

Breakfast was great... I did not appreciate the fact that it was 20 minutes till ending time..and that the breakfast staff member decided to take everything away ...and other people were still coming for breakfast... Yes I reported this to the front desk on December the 18th 2022

No complaints on the room or the facility itself... It is the checkout process that I have a problem with... Checked my bank statement, andi have yet to receive my refund for the deposit... Called and spoke to several people at the Hotel, finally spoke to Vanessa who stated I needed to do a DISPUTE because she could not refund me my check-in deposit... Literally just walked out of my bank doing the dispute, tsk tsk... So aggravating.
