The staff was very nice, rooms were clean.

I didn't like that we were going to be charged an early check-in fee for trying to check in at 2:40 pm, when check-in was at 3:00 pm. When you travel and get to the hotel early all you want to do is go to your room and relax. I have never been told I would be charged an early check-in fee anywhere I have stayed!!!!

Breakfast was yummy and location was perfectly in the middle of our final destination..check in was short and sweet after a long night of traveling so I was thankful there wasn't much to it

The beds are not great for somebody with back problems like myself so although everything else was great it might not be my first choice unfortunately next time

Our TV did not work in our room, and I never seen anyone at the front desk the entire time of our stay except to check in and just happen to cacth the young lady when we left.

Location. A very clean hotel and staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast area was nice, quiet and clean.

It was in a good location. Easy to walk out to eat in a few restaurants nearby. The aircon in the main area was cool and welcome on a hot day. The pool was clean.

We had some issues clearing a held payment (it took about five days and multiple phone calls). The staff were very helpful but promised calls from management never came.

I did not have breakfast. The location is excellent because LaVernia has never had a hotel before that was less than 20 miles away. It's located near restaurants and some other services.

Nice location near several fast food chains & a grocery store. Quiet area minus the one time siren during a four day stay. This is one of the more comfortable best western I have booked. Clean lobby & mostly clean rooms really one minor irregular dirty spot.

Walls are thin! Expect to hear snoring or loud TV's. Blankets are a little on the thin side.

The staff is very kind and friendly, unlike most others I have stayed at.

Swimming pool was closed and the TV or remote was not working
