I know with this being a new hotel I expected it to be nice, but this place overall was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. it was in a perfect location. I don't have one bad con about this place, check in was so fast and the room was so clean and smelt amazing!

parking lot was a little small, but that will not stop me from coming back! I believe it was because we went Durning the storm and they had company trucks all in the parking lot.

We were able to check in early to get ready for our wedding event we were attending. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great as well.

No hotel complaints really but there was a huge carcus of a rat off the walkway entrance leading to the hotel. The outdoor lounge area was not clean. There were pieces of cooked meat on the sidewalks as well as BBQ pit was there was well.

everything was nice however on our last morning, housekeeping parked their cart right outside our room and were yelling to each other for about an hour. they were yelling over the vacuum and down the halls very loudly. the walls are thin and we had a do not disturb on our door but they did not seem to care. This was happening at 8:30-9:30 on a Sunday morning. when trying to enjoy a relaxing vacation, this was unacceptable.

Liked the coffee creamer - coffeemate vanilla. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The queen bed mattresses were very comfortable along with the duvets.

Not enough hot coffee decanters - 1 decaf and 2 regular. Suggest 2 decaf and 4 regular in the morning. Eggs were slightly overdone.

Breakfast supposed to be from 7 to 10 When I when to get my Coffe around 9:25 waiting for my daughter to come down and get her food at soon as I walk out of the food area that cafeteria lady closed the doors I look at my watch and a was 9:30 sh so my daughter dint have the opportunity to get breakfast I was really upset about it she closed those doors way before 10 am

Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, pleasant and courteous staff

We prefer the top or bottom floors but the hotel was booked and no top or bottom floors had available rooms

Everything, was very clean, super nice people

Everything was awesome only thing that would have made it perfect would be a small bar

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Slept like a dream.

Bathroom floor was really badly soiled. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was not. And breakfast wasn't great.

Breakfast was okay. It was a newer property. Plenty of parking.

Clean & comfortable, friendly staff & neat gym. Convenient breakfast times.

Shower curtain too short for bathtub causing wet floor.
