My family and I enjoyed our stay at ABVI this past weekend. We were happy to find a place that not only would allow us to bring our 3 pups, but that was also close to the beach and walking distance to everything (food, souvenir shops, bait shops, etc.)! The room we stayed in was clean and tidy as was the pool. We especially appreciated the customer service that the owner and her staff provided us with. They were attentive to our needs and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze.

The bathtub had a dip that caused water to pool in the middle.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. We were allowed to grill and boil seafood right out by the pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My only complaints are I couldn’t get the closed captioning off the tv and it aggravated me all week and the pet deposit was not really explained and had to pay $20 daily instead of one time for the whole week for a small dog that stayed in a crate when we weren’t there. It just seemed a bit much to pay $80 bucks for that.

Rooms were cleaner than I expected. It was quiet at night being next to a busy road. Walking distance to stores. We were able to check in early

The internet was down to check in, so we had to go across the street to an ATM. But not their fault I guess.

The 2 bedroom suite was awesome. Enough sleeping room for my family. Everyone slept great. The mattress was very comfortable. Our parking was right in front of the room door. The hotel is close to everything. The owners were super nice and friendly. Thank you for the stay.

The advertising on Booking.com lists the stay with included complimentary breakfast, however there is no breakfast.

The hostess cleaned our room daily. She also left clean towels. Our Hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will stay there again. Our hotel was right next to the grocery store.

Husband needed a downstairs room, the staff was nice enough to change our room. The room was really, really clean and well kept and quiet. We did not see any bugs at all and the room smelled nice.

Do not advertise "Breakfast" if there is not any, that is lying and mis-representing what your guest is receiving. All the restaurants at Port Aransas were overpriced and the food was not that great.

This is our go to place when we go to Port A. We've been there every year for about 7 years. The staff remembers us every time. We actually talk to each other like friends.
