Nice property. This trip is for fishing. Do like that I can park my car right in front of the room so that I can put the fish in the big cooler. My room is close to the pool & BBQ. Each room has a big wood bench outside. That is great for Happy Hour drink. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Will stay again.

NO ICE. Hotel locked the Ice storage & guests have to pay to get a bag of ice. The trip is for fishing & I do need ice to keep the fish fresh in the big cooler. Please consider adding a commercial ice machine like the hotel near by has it. Also no coffee machine in the room. I use that make water to drink. I was getting so thirsty. No cleaning service. It just leave a stack of towels. It is Ok. I can live with that.

Excellent location for seashore activities, eating establishments, businesses and ferry. Quaint, but tastefully remodeled motel with spacious parking and relaxing layout. I prefer patronizing this sort of accomadating and locally owned & operated hostel locations. The charm of this type of lodging fits my likes & tastes very well ! Jennifer, the owner, and her crew are the best ! Looking forward to the next vist with anticipation and knowledge of a very relaxing visit.

Coffee maker in room....but no big deal !

I loved everything about this motel, it was super clean, spacious and had extra sleeping if needed. It felt safe and checking in was easy and fast. The location was perfect with nearby restaurants, shopping and the beach. We loved it!

The only thing we didn’t care for, and this wasn’t really the owners fault, but some of the people that stayed in the neighboring rooms were pretty loud and up super late, like 3 am. It was a holiday weekend so we understand that everyone was having fun and spending time with their family so it didn’t change our opinion on the motel. Again that wasn’t on the owner, she was fantastic.

Everyone was Soo friendly and helpful. Next door to a nice Laundromat and legendary restaurant San Juan's. The pool is to do for and the rooms are 10/10 clean. Also very spacious. I came to Port Aransas for a month. This is my 3rd hotel/resort. I left 249$ a night beach house to come here and I am glad I did! I love it. I will literally never stay anywhere else again. 10/10

Everything was perfect.

The property is close to the beach and place was very comfortable. Also liked that you can rent a beach cart across the street.

I just didn’t like the surprise fee on a deposit when I checked this time.

This family-owned and run business is one of the best we've encountered. The room was larger than normal and well appointed. Beds were great. Walk-in shower was excellent. Bathroom was a little small but was not an issue at all. We had guests over and the room was able to accompany all four of us quite comfortably. Also, we have never encountered a remote-controlled thermostat in a motel room. It worked great and we were very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again!

It was a personal problem. I forgot my sleep mask and the room allowed too much light, so I did not sleep much at all. Most folks don't have that problem but I am phototropic so I should have known better. Again, my fault, not theirs.

I love Port Aransas. It's my go to place. This is a nice hotel

We arrived at 9 pm and when I said my name and that I had a reservation, the lady that had first come to the window was told in a sarcastic voice " She just made the reservation." . It doesn't matter when I made the reservation it matters that I made it. It really put me in a bad mood. Gave me the paperwork they were not very customer service oriented . Then they charged me an extra fee for no reason at all. Never explained the facilities. No ice machine for people who are staying with you. Wow.... But the room was clean and well kept. By the way I am nearly 70 yrs old and I am not a teenager that might destroy property.. I have never been treated like this at any of the other place. Like I said I try to keep my money where I am well received.

Location of motel is great. Room was very clean and when i asked for new clean towels and toilet paper it was received right away. Friendly staff.

The only thing i didnt like (its not something i know can be changed) is the walls are very thin that you can hear the people in the next room. Another thing i think there should be room #'s on the parking spots that are in front of the rooms. Maybe 2 spots to a room or at least 1 that is front of the door. We had people take the spot in front of our door and they were loud while getting in and out of their vehicle and it made it hard for us to load or unload our vehicle

Very welcoming, clean & family owned!! 🙂 pool is amazing has a hot tub. Open till 11pm! Down the street from the beach about 2 mins away! Next to a restaurant and plenty of shops! I am and will stay here again!!

I was told I couldn’t play loud music but the music was on my phone only. I didn’t understand how that was loud.

Location was perfect, lady up front was very helpful and nice. The cottage we rented was very spacious.

How dirty fold out bed was, when we pulled bed out. There was crumbs,a pair of socks, hair which we didn’t even sleep in yet. Also, the cottage rooms should come with a broom and dust pan.
