Check in was easy. Managers care about the property and the customers. We had a wedding on the beach and our whole family stayed here, in separate rooms. Cheaper than finding a house to rent with enough beds for all the adults. The 2 bed aptmt was awesome. (is on the second floor) Full kitchen, big table, eat in bar, huge refrigerator, sizable couch, comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. The deck was a bonus. Kitchen was big enough to feed our group of 17 each day. We also had the 2 bed cottage and was as nice as the apartment.

The apartment did not have a lot of cookware or utensils. Best to bring what you need to fix food. The pots all have teflon on them. There are not any spices or condiments. If i was the property managers, I would encourage ppl to leave whatever is not perishable for the next visitors to use. The kids that stayed in the individual rooms all said the bathrooms are small but they were clean and beds were nice.

Check-in was easy. Reserved Parking was awesome The pool area was great. The room was cool/temp and clean upon arrival. Quick drive to restaurants, groceries/supplies, ferry crossing, and not too far from beach.

I didn't mind the toilet making the loudest whistle sound when flushed, so I ended up fixing it. I didn't mind that our mini fridge/freezer reeked of shrimp and I didn't mind that there was a dead animal smell coming from outside the trash, because the young man at front desk took care of it. But what I did mind was hearing everyone's conversation next door to us. The walls are too thin, so don't expect to sleep in if you have loud neighbors. Plus, one of the beds squeaked like hell!! Lol On another note, the shaved ice stand by the pool was never opened during our stay. There was no supervision in the pool with random kids swimming at their own risks, very dangerous!! Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would book again in the near future. Thank you for accommodating our vacation!

We love the quiet property close to town. We especially enjoyed the pool area.

There are two older couples that sit in the pool area drinking together. I call them the pool bullies, because they sit around in their little group talking about everyone else at the pool. The kid’s included! I happened to walk by as they were nastily discussing how a little boy with autism was looking lost in his own world. When I said that they should educate themselves on autism, and stop talking about kids. One of the women were going to stand up, but the other one pulled her back down and said, “Don’t start anything. We have been drinking and we’re going to be the ones that look like we can’t handle our liquor.” The next day earlier in the afternoon, they were back. Talking about everyone at the pool.

I love that is was close to the college. Also that it’s was by a CVS we forgot a few items so we walked across the street. At night we wanted ice cream there was also a convenience store. There was also a Mexican restaurant and a Whataburger. We did not eat there, but we did have options. They also called me and asked what floor I wanted so I was really happy about that and they just didn’t put me on the floor. They want it.

What I didn’t like about the property was that prior to this stay time we had a discount being that our daughter attended A&M Corpus College. We were moving her in that weekend she was proud she came into the property with me to show her badge to the person at the front desk that she was attending Corpus to help us get a discount. I was really hoping that that was something that we good continue to do.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable! Rooms were comfortable and easily accessible for my disabled mom. Pools were cleaned and maintained. All around the best place we have stayed in a room on the island where im not spending $$$$. We usually bring our RV but this was a mother daughter trip for Mother's Day and we stayed in a room. The RV places attached to the resort looks clean and well maintained. They have a company you can use for golf carts and they will also give you a discount if you are currently booked at the resort. So if your looking for a room or a spot for your RV and easily accessible for golf carts.

The toilets are low (it was like a toilet in elementary lol) but they are slowly remodeling the bathrooms in each of the unit so maybe next time we stay it will be a bigger one.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very fun the kids had a blast playing in the pool. There was a smaller shallower pool that my youngest could swim in. You can get snow cones, ice cream, and food at the pool. My kids loved getting the ice cream from there. The golf cart rentals were nice and decently priced.

The only downside was the lack of housekeeping during the stay. As a housekeeper myself, it was a bit of a letdown to have to tidy up, but thankfully, it wasn't too much of a hassle.

The location is great, staff is friendly, but we had minor issues during our stay. When we arrived we quickly noticed floors were not cleaned, no surfaces/ counters were not cleaned/ shower knobs/ etc. I had taken some cleaning products to clean prior to check out but all 4 of us had to do a thorough clean before we unpacked/ brought in our belongings. Through the weekend we called this office for a couple of things, trash/parking/ etc, but were never able to get through. We walked to the office and it was not busy so their phones must have been off. At check out I didn’t want to bring these things to their attention because I was worried they would hold my deposit. They refunded my deposit an hour after I left so at least there’s that. The price and space is great, but I’m not sure if I am comfortable staying again.

The room was clean, the Pool area was well maintained, The Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was great right in front of our room, very nice.

The Bathroom was very small, especially the shower. It was so small that an average-height adult could not comfortably bend over to wash their feet. I have stayed at this resort many times, and was surprised that the shower was so small! The other rooms I have stayed in had normal-sized showers. This was the size of a small RV shower.

This spot is conveniently close to everything you will need. Groceries, laundry, ferry, shops, food and more. Staff has been great both times we have stayed there everyone has been so nice and welcoming. Others staying on the property are also surprisingly nice and courteous as well.

This was 2nd time I stay here same type of room different unit. This unit did have some ants in the kitchen and the plumbing in the bathroom needs some work. The walk in shower and the bathroom sink drain very slow.

Perfect location. Amazing pool!!! Super friendly and helpful staff! Simple, but what we needed since we spend most of our time at the beach. Perfect for our little beach getaway! Would definitely stay here again.

The walls to our room were pretty thin and our neighbors were extremely loud the entire night. They completely disrespected the quiet hours. We told the staff the next morning and they were quick to resolve the issue.
