very clean, staff was very pleasant easy to check in.,we had all we needed at hand.we will be back for sure.

I had a hard time sleeping the bed pillow when you put your head on it, your head sunk into the bed, I showered and stepped in the tub it was so slippery I had to hold on, maybe something on the bottom for non slip. Breakfast basically had many choices. Im not crazy about powered eggs or oatmeal was paste. All and all It was very nice, pleasant and very clean, That's A from my husband and I.

Hotel is nice and clean, breakfast was good. the Lady at the breakfast area was great, very friendly and attentive. Room was clean although a bit smaller than other Holiday inn Express' I have stayed on. Pool was nice and clean. Hotel is close to the beach.

My only complain here is that the pool cannot be access from the parking lot, I have stayed on other Holiday in Express close to beaches and all of them have a door that you need to use your room card to open it, but here they did not. This means if you are coming from the beach and want to go to the pool, you need to walk through the lobby (most of the times soaking wet) , the same if you are in the pool and you want to go to the beach, I don't understand why the did this, Also, in most hotels close to the beach I have stayed in , including as I mentioned other Holiday inn Express (for example the one in South Padre Island) have showers in the pool area and a hose to clean yourself and your stuff like ther beach chairs, etc. well, this does not.

The accomadations were great. Easy to get to and as close to the beach as what was expected. the attendant at desk was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all my questions.

The bed mattresses were not very firm and had indentations in them where others have slept repeatedly. Also pillows were not very comfortable.

Everything was amazing. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From front desk to housekeepers entire staff were great. Very clean, and very comfortable beds. The location was great too. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants. We'd highly recommend this location to everyone!!!

The proximity to the beach and eateries is great. The pool and spa we did not use, but appreciate the availability had we stayed longer.

The room was either cleaned with a product or a fragrance applied somewhere but it was very strong like a mans cologne had been spilled and it was overwhelming. We had to leave the door open with the AC on full to air it out to a tolerable level. Breakfast was ok- Did not enjoy the eggs and was hoping for some fresh fruit availability

The location of hotel was great. Walking distance to places to eat and to the beach were so close. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Asked a couple of questions and was answered. Everything was comfortable and cool. Pool area was nice.

Area where the charcoal pits were needs work. Leftover material left out in the open. Some shade would be nice too. Maybe fix on website where it says washer and dryer in the room. It needs to state that its a laundry area on floor 2 and 3 or something.

Nicholas was the clerk that checked us in. He was very friendly and efficient. Offered info for restaurants in the area

The remote did not work properly with the television. There was no channel guide. The sleeper sofa was difficult to figure out how to open it and there was no beds g stored in the room. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly to assist

The room was so clean and comfy, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. We will definitely stay there on our next visit

other than the little kids screaming in the next room, which the hotel doesn't have control of, nothing.

Staff very friendly. For a weekday price could have been a bit cheaper. Rachael very kind. Lady working the breakfast very kind. Nice and close to beach.

Would have liked bacon with breakfast but not a big deal.

The location was amazing,we loved our room in the corner on the floor we were on. We didn’t eat the breakfast, we went out and ate with friends at their condo.

Parking was quite the booger, however we did go during spring break and the lady at the front desk said it was a common problem during that time.
