Staff and guests when left to be themselves were wonderful and supportive and helped me through some difficult times. If I could stay again I would but outside forces didn't like the way others used me and two other speaker box. Since there's nothing we do to cause the problem, keep it going, or anything else, neither we not the hotel employees can stop outside people from causing the problems. Maybe witsec should stay here and assess why other countries protect their speaker boxes.

The staff was wonderful until they were just not themselves at all and we had to leave because another guest, NOT herself as we talked after the fact and she is a nice person under A LOT of stress not helped with people taking over to make up lies they wouldn't say so used a woman with small children and pregnant to get us removed so the truth wouldn't hit them. Hope the staff is able to overcome somehow with no solution in sight for any of us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the service was great. The young gentleman in the black Tahoe was very helpful . He went out of his way to give me a jump due to a dead battery. Also took care of any maintenance that was need in our room. Thank you so much Black Tahoe Kid .

The homeless walking around the property made me feel a little uneasy

Very affordable. Comfortable beds. L was so very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Had a working fridge and microwave. Good Wi-Fi. Tv. Many outlets. Good working ac.

I know what you mamas are looking for. Yes there was bugs. We saw 2 roaches during our week stay. But you gotta understand people live here and vacation here. Food gets left out. There’s gonna be bugs. I’ve had bed bugs come home with me from a holiday in. So two roaches isn’t gonna ruin my whole trip. This place was cheap and friendly. Law enforcement were around to help with the homeless population that are around. There’s homeless people on the river walk. There’s homeless people at the malls. It’s just life at this point. Be smart and keep your kids and belongings safe. This was a great bang for our buck hotel.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable. It was at a great price. Loved it even more no hidden fees. I knew how much I was going to spend.

The TV wasn't working one day I had to do without because they couldn't get it fixed on time I had checked in at a late time. There were french fries in the microwave from the previous guest.

My mother is disabled and we had originally been put on the 2nd floor the front desk agent was able to move our room close to the parking lot and on the first floor to accommodate my mothers inability to use stairs and lack of elevator

The staff there on daily basis are always very acomidating as well as respectful and courteous. And the ground staff are always smiling and respectful to their guests.

The rates are unconsistant, the receipt given has no breakdown of daily cost or taxes. The store in the lobby is over priced.

Didnt like the fact that when i went to extend my stay i was told they couldnt and Wouldnt let me extend. I asked Why No reason was given. I barley came out my room didnt cause any trouble i stayed to myself.

Everything was great The store in the front 1 Front desk it was great. It has a wide selection of stuff. Has good food soups, everything breakfast and do you need? It's great, and they're really nice

I can't say I didn't like anything because I liked everything that was here. The people are nice, don't water pressure is to die for just pretty cool.

I loved how clean the room was, how much space it had and how friendly the staff was.

I didn’t like how I had to pay $39 after my stay for housekeeping doing their job. When it was time to check out I had to pay $39 for housekeeping to clean the room.

Stay here all the time. Love it only...

Security at night.. talk about harassment.. And the construction in front is horrible if u don't get here at a certain time ur outta luck or u have to drive miles down to be able to exit for the entrance.. 😠
